Can somebody tell me what size gloves they spar with? Im 5’6” and just a little over 200 lbs and i have heavy hands iv been debating getting 18oz.

How hard are you guys hitting each other in hard sparring vs light sparring? What's the etiquette?
About 70% but its good practice to go hard to the body light to the head. All intensity levels has its place

when i can arrange something i suppose. its good to have a break it keeps it interesting.
Asian kid needs to close his mouth a bit. He risks getting clocked by mistake, a stray shot could injure him. It looks like his jaw is completely locked open at times. Bad time to get caught like that.
Quality spar though as always. Some high-level shit man.
Feel a bit closer to the gym even though it's still not possible to train where I'm from.
