Hey Shane, idk who sold you those bags of oil from Applebee's but I hope they told you it has to be mixed with the butter we use called LBA or liquid butter alternative for it to turn into a sauce..also you have to knead it out before you use it. If prepped correctly, they are good! (From a kitchen manager @ Applebee's)
