In this experiment i try to burn and make fly a spaceship made from 20 000 matches. Unfortunately it is failed which makes me so sad :(
In my next video i will make a pirate ship made from matches with little cannons on the side.

But not me. Because I made apple pie last Thursday and I didn't offer him any. I know that doesn't really make sense, but he would be mad if I offered him apple pie because he HATES apple pie and was super glad I kept it away from him and didn't offer him any apple pie. But I also made cherry pie and I did offer him some of that but he also hates cherry pie so he was mad that I offered him the cherry pie. So then I thought I'd make a blueberry pie but I figured he just didn't like pie, so I didn't offer him any of the blueberry pie. But it turns out he LOVES blueberry pie and was mad I didn't offer him any blueberry pie. So actually he might be pretty mad at me now that I think about it. I'll make him some fried egg pie and hopefully he'll like that.

We did the same but carefully cut the match heads off of paper matches and the rockets went up fairly well. One had 20,000 match heads. I think we totally bought one store out of paper matches. This was the early 70's when we were building all kinds of match head rockets. I think wood stick matches might be too heavy to use for the fuel source but nice try and awesome rocket indeed. I wanted to see it fly so bad.

It wasnt as cool as the volcanos or cannons but still cool. It looked pretty dope actually when the initial burst started and it was being surrounded by fire, almost expected it to try and lift it looked so good.

I discovered your channel last week and I really really like it. Your skills and patience are incredible, and you give me ideas on how to build my own models (for example, the objects you use to create the structure, and then remove).
However, I think that you are 100% wrong about the result of this spaceship experiment.
Of course, it was never going to fly. BUT. You made an amazing model AND TOTALLY amazed me (I'm an aerospace engineer, aka rocket scientist lol) with the realism of the lift-off sequence. I loved, loved, loved the little smoke rising, which is just like the sublimation from the cooling of the rockets. And when the whole thing lit up, it shot out smoke and then fire pretty much EXACTLY like real rocket launches!!!!!
It was really, really cool, dude. You did not fail. You actually made something incredible!!!

I think you missed putting a nozzle to channel the force of the propellant (burning matches) to launch the beast.

Kara Jones Translation: He forgot to put a smaller hole in the engine, which allowed too much of the fire from the matches to launch the ship, because it wasn’t a high enough pressure.

I agree! Those first few seconds of the smoke cloud looked very similar to a Saturn V launch sequence. That was really cool!
You should of put a cone jet at the bottom where it is propelling from.
So it can create more pressure inside the rocket propelling it up

What you can do is make the matches burn in an closed container with only one exit, this way the directionional thrust will propel it
No need to worry at all, according to SpaceX this is just the static fire engine test.

The inital explosion looked like an actual rocket launch, and that was pretty cool. It must suck having to see such beautiful creations go, though. Especially after youve worked so hard on them. But they still go out in spectacular fashion! Keep it up and you’ll be at 1 million subs in no time!
