Absolutely should happen. Tony Blair implemented devolved 'government' that was part of the Maastricht Treaty, but since we are no longer in the EU, why on Earth should we keep it? It was implemented in readiness for the setting up of the 'United States of Europe' - the UK and Ireland would form the 10 Atlantic regions. The southernmost part of England was to be merged with Northern France as one region. It also brought about the introduction of Mayors for our biggest cities who would then lead nine regions outside London. Greater London would have been one whole region..
We must get rid of the Scottish 'Parliament' and the Welsh Assembly. Both have been utter failures and have simply wasted billions of British taxpayers' money as well as nearly 20 years of our precious time.
