- I look at tents as tools. Some tools work better than others for specific jobs. We were sent the Heytrip Tailgate Tent and Mattress for an honest review. So we went out on an overnight trip to try everything out. Join us for an in depth look at the HeyTrip Tailgate Tent and Mattress.

Carsleeping is pretty cool. Look at you, you are big time now! That’s much smaller than I was expecting. This is so genius. The time clock is one of my favorite part. Just triple it if I was doing it. Of course you have your own poles. Looks pretty nice. RMM might not have helped so much but he is your comedic relief.
Ya I'm not sure all 3 of us would actually fit comfortably in there! Luckily Rugged Mountain Sister got picked up by momma! There not really much to the tent itself. Just opens it up a little bit. Pretty easy to edit the time clock right along with the video. Heehee ya but the poles we bought ourselves, no freebee there! 😞 Oh for sure, Mister keeps it lively. That's why I still try to work him into even the review videos!

It has its benefits! It's a really quick setup. If you're Roadtrippin and just want to stay on your vehicle, it's perfect!!
It reminds me of grandma abd grandpa camping in the back of their truck, remember?
@peggyboehnlein8755 Not specifically but lots of people do that. In fact that was my initial idea cause they have a truck bed tent but our roll top makes that difficult!
Now that looks fun. I think I’d be really interested in the “custom” mattress. If I could call it that.
Ya I think it's not so custom to the Traverse! I think I could actually fit an entire Full Mattress back there. Then the 3 of us may be a bit more comfy in there. With just Mister and I though there was plenty of room! It's a nice option to have.
