    Hello Chris, I hope you're doing well. I know this is a video from 2022, but I wanted to ask if you have reviewed Pipedrive. I've been in the industry for over twenty-five years but have never used a CRM. I'm thinking about one now, but there are too many choices. Frankly, I am about to through a dart and see where it lands.

    Hi Chris, great video. Question for you. I see that you rated Propertybase as your best recommended CRM for Team Leads/Brokers, but in checking out your previous walkthrough video of Propertybase you showed that there is only very basic reporting and really no way to dig in deeper. Have they updated that portion of their system from the time of that video (Mar 2021) to this video (Dec 2021)? If so, can you comment on that?

    I really don't hear anyone mention Chime CRM which I was a huge fan of before the price hike and I am entertaining Follow Up Boss as a possibility.

    Watching this Video 09/2023. Clicked on your link for the "6 month" free trial for new agents. It is now a "5 week" free trial, and the price is $45 per month afterwards. ($38 if you pay annualized) Still a great video - thanks.

    Need more comparisons. Cinc, Real Geeks, FUB, etc. More detailed. Which is easier to use? Price vs benefits? If they sell leads, good lead costs? Don't want bad leads that cost fifty cents. Really take on the challenge. Want efficiency. Prefer to see the NOTes without having to dig for them. Thanks. Stan

    My Outlook contacts are in specific folders. What CRM program will work with this set up so I can export Outlook to the CRM program in the same Group Settings?

      @TheCloseDotCom  Před 2 lety

      Great question. Unfortunately, we didn't test that specific functionality when reviewing CRMs, so I don't have answers on that exact question. However, I would be the support teams of the individual CRMs would be able to help you there.
      Good luck!

    Which CRM would you say best mimics Contactually?

    • @TheCloseDotCom
      @TheCloseDotCom  Před 2 lety

      Hi Gerald -
      Thanks for the question. If I had to pick a Contactually analog, I'd probably go with with IXACT Contact or Propertybase. But, take that advice with a grain of salt because I know Contactually has gone through some changes since being acquired by Compass, so I haven't been on their platform for close to two years now and am not familiar with what they are currently offering.
      But, in terms of features, those are my two recommendations for something similar!
      Good luck!
      Chris

    I have used Top Producer for over 20 years...you didnt differentiate between Top Producer 8i and X...I have stayed with top producer 8i for so long becuase it was great for prospecting out of your data base. You seletct the Contact Type and then select all and do a mass open when brigns up the full contact...all your notes, names addresses, email and the like. It is important to be able to see your last conversation before you make a call. Then when you are done you can hit an arrow to move to the left or right to move to the next contact. It amazes me that the most important things as a Sucessful Real Estate Agent is to make calls everyday and all the CRMs out there do not make it easy and efficient to make calls....Stupid in my opion; however Top Producer Was Sold to a new company and they moves 8i onto a new server which is ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE! THE SYSTEM NEVER OPERATES VERY WELL VERY LONG AND THERE CUSTOMER SERVICES IS ALL CHAT BASED WHICH ALSO SUCKS.....I do like the intergation with MOJO however their solution is to move to Top Producer X which is not NEARLY AS EFFICIENT TO MAKE PROSPECTING CALLS AS 8i.....I wish there was another database which was geared toward making calls and all the information is above the fold....As a Real Estate Coach I am dissappointed you would not talk about the poor performace in making calls. Email, texting, and mailings without makings calls is really not near as effective.
