What probably happened was, we took the original base language, the original Finn-Ugric language, and as the Magyar tribes moved across the Urals and to the Carpathian Basin we met a *lot* of different cultures and languages. From each of these languages, we took a tiny bit and incorporated them into our language. That's why a lot of our words sound similar to Slavic and Turkic ones since we probably took some old versions of their words and simply added them to our language.

I would describe with analogy: the székely soldier was minority but a very proud member from a "nation in a nation". Similar to the black USAF pilots in WW II. It was founded in Cluj/Kolozsvár after the romanian army break into Transylvania. It was self sustaining and worked as a volunteer army. It was the only well equiped military group aganist the romanian threat. In that time, a communist regime took over the control of Hungary, and it's chief of army, Miklós Pogány was basicaly pacifist so he did averything he could aganist the Szekely division, while romanians came closer and closer to Budapest. The szekely divison, surrounded by enemies (I mean the hungarian communists and the romanian army) couldn't do much and self disbanded. Some of them continued the fight for hungary invidualy or in the red army, while other ones was captured or flee the country. Basicaly they are underrated heros in our history.
We Szekelys have a right to be proud, for in our veins flows the blood of many brave races who fought as the lion fights, for lordship. Here, in the whirlpool of European races, the Ugric tribe bore down from Iceland the fighting spirit which Thor and Wodin gave them, which their Berserkers displayed to such fell intent on the seaboards of Europe, ay, and of Asia and Africa too, till the peoples thought that the werewolves themselves had come.

Could someone tell me about the szekely division
It was founded in Cluj/Kolozsvár after the romanian army break into Transylvania. It was self sustaining and worked as a volunteer army. It was the only well equiped military group aganist the romanian threat. In that time, a communist regime took over the control of Hungary, and it's chief of army, Miklós Pogány was basicaly pacifist so he did averything he could aganist the Szekely division, while romanians came closer and closer to Budapest. The szekely divison, surrounded by enemies (I mean the hungarian communists and the romanian army) couldn't do much and self disbanded. Some of them continued the fight for hungary invidualy or in the red army, while other ones was captured or flee the country. Basicaly they are underrated heros in our history.
