I am an fresher from Bangalore and i have accepted my offer from UCD for MSc computer science this September 2024 ... I have a few doubts and I am listing them down below:
1) What can I do as fresher with no workex to land a job in IT industry...other than the usual networking suggestion..anything important that helped you ....and adittionally any skills or anything that is in demand right now ? (any suggestion would help)
2) what is the best way to book shared accomodation as my budget is 600-800 per month
3) I will be taking loan with collateral..so which is the best bank as sbi and hdfc are giving similar rates..which would be better a government bank or private one?
4) When people mean to grow network..how does that really happen is it through cold email...can you please elaborate on this.,.on how to grow network

Hello, I got the offer from UCD for MIM in consultancy and I was so happy, however, I am not able to make it to this year due to unforeseen financial issues. I wrote the email to university informing about my issue and they have given me another chance to come for next year intake 2025. I just have to pay 500 euro to book my seat in October. So my question is- I have good experience of working in a consultancy/ staffing firm and I am doing this course so please let me know about the job opportunities after doing this course and what are technical requirements that one should know that are very important or a plus to find the jobs, for example, power BI etc.
