- Are you struggling to secure kills this wipe? If so you need to try out this setup. This is the story of my progression through the recent Tarkov wipe, my trials and tribulations, edited in a way to entertain you. In this video I use the Vepr AKM / VPO-209 366TKM carbine, which is accessible from Skier and Jaeger level 1 so you can use it straight away. The ammo for this gun is incredible, if you use FMJ (which you can get from the same L1 traders) then you can 1 shot someone through class 2 armour in the thorax, that's some pretty strong ammunition which will tie you over until you unlock Jaeger. Once you've unlocked Jaeger you can get Eko which has 73 damage and 30 penetration, this is good enough to take down most class 4 armours in a handful of shots.
The moment you have access to the AP ammo (what I'm using in this video) you can 1 tap people in the Thorax through class 4 armour. The best part about that is it the ammo only costs 500 roubles đ Its a joke, a complete joke. This ammo is so overpowered for the price and I can definitely see BSG nerfing it in the future, it reminds me of when everyone would run Mosin with LPS Gzh, its essentially the same thing but you get 30 rounds to shoot semi-auto! The only draw back to this ammo is the inaccuracy (-28%) and recoil (+35%), but as with most stats in Tarkov, you might as well ignore them because it feels great.
As far as Modifications and Attachments go for this gun, its an AK, so most attachments you can put on an AK you can put on the VPO. That also means its very cheap compared to other so called 'meta' weapons and you'll most likely get it back in insurance every time. This is

Dude this is what Iâve been sayin. Iâve been telling all my friends how underrated this ammo is. It pierces lvl 4 armor and one-shots the thorax, AND it spawns on scavs. Underrated man

Funnily enough, even EKO is viable. You definitely can't facecheck anyone with a decent helmet/visor, but honestly for something so cheap, I'm not asking for more. 366 AP is already relatively easy to find, as I even find them on Scavs nowadays. It's a good throwaway gun that no one seems to want to pick up and can enable you to run further raids if you bop someone with a half-decent loadout.

Not been playing tarkov alot and was honestly about to give up on it, because I was having such a hard time achieving anything.. until I started watching your videos! I'm way more confident in joining a pvp fight and actually winning, instead of running away.

Not to burst your bubble but he's mainly been fighting against low level players. Most of them below level 10. I started casually playing this game and I'm constantly fighting against level 50 and up and I just got level 20.

â@@aleksandarsavevski377 Gotta agree with @Oli Jenkins, BT spawns have been severely reduced on Customs at least. Fort and power switch building used to be almost guaranteed spots for it.

It's funny because in real life that ammo is basically just a shotgun slug. It was developed for the civilian market to skirt their laws against rifles. The gun itself is mostly smooth bore until the last little bit of barrel which is rifled. That way you can have an AK that's technically a shotgun. This is called "paradox" rifling.

Just use the broken ammo and a rifle with a fast fire rate and you will literally win every fight, thatâs why late game Tarkov is always trash compared to fresh wipe
Movement is fucked too, so not only the guns feel either wildly uncomfortable or laser precise, but also the people zooming around like bayblades. Wish they'd give back old recoil and inertia, even if it was little unpolished It's better than having CS:GO movement(if not worse). :(

@@2Lew not trying to tell you how to do your content but I would really recommend not streaming on CZcams. Streaming on twitch will really broaden your audience attracting people from twitch to your CZcams and CZcams to your twitch. Just my thoughts though mate. Keep up the great content!
@@Kobe_Palmer Its not just something I've thought about, its something I've tried. Before I made this CZcams channel I was streaming on twitch for a few months with literally 0 growth due to the lack of discoverability. I was able to get affiliate and I had a bunch of homies in my stream, but I never got any unique people drop in and say hello (that I didn't already know). As much as I'd like to be part of the twitch streaming community, im not gonna waste my time there when I can monetize my content/streams on youtube. Maybe one day I might try twitch again, but I'd need to have a much much bigger following to be able to do that successfully.

A lot of people under value the 366 ammo because there is no full auto but the AP ammo is just too good for it being a relatively cheap ammo. Also the guns that use this ammo are super cheap (Especiallt the sniper) and easily modded with low trader levels and can have a suppressor at lvl1 skier I think. Seriously underrated ammo type/guns. You can get the VPO AK suppressed with a grip at lvl 1.

I decided to give shotguns a proper try this wipe. HOLY SHIT they are good, I've played for about 6 wipes now but never bothered with them. Used standard buck up until I could craft magnum ammo. Killed 2 pmc on shoreline with one shot, both headshots at 102 meters. Safe to say I'll be sticking with an mp155 and magnum buck for a while now! The downside is I'm not leveling my assault rifle skill...
It's 1000 roubles now. This is my first serious wipe and despite the price it's still one of my favourites

I think the first guy died with one shot is because either he had low health or because the rig only protects front and back and you shot him on the side (If the armor works that way). But 366TKM is indeed a very beefy round and it would be no suprise to die from one shot. The gun is not broken because its bullet drops like a brick and it has a lot of recoil.
