  • In this video I will be using the Big Boi Mini Plus for the first time! Note this is also my first time using a car dryer. This is a great option to dry your vehicle with out using a towel to avoid making any contact on your paint. This will reduce the chances of scratching your paint and works really well for getting the water out of places that you normally wouldn't be able to with a drying towel.

    It's really awesome because you don't have to use anything to do a dry down with a towel or microfiber cloth . So that means no scratches or damaging the paint finish.

    • @MeanBee392
      @MeanBee392  Před 4 lety +3

      Yes, 100% touch less so the chances of scratching the paint when drying is 0% that is one of meany reasons why I wanted one. It is really nice having that piece of mind knowing you are not going to induce any kind of scratches during the drying process. 🐝

    I know I'm a few years late to the party but I went to the interwebs looking for other users who have experienced a high pitched whine with the BB blowers. I went full bore and got into the BB Pro+ which is a massive unit and requires you to ensure a 20 amp ckt is being used. I have this whine that will legit wake up the neighbors and it's pretty immediate. I noticed that I can abate that a LITTLE bit when I straighten out the hose fully but it's only for a few seconds. I've been working with Esoteric on the matter and they've been supremely good about it, helping me trouble shoot and replacing parts at no extra cost to me but I think the BB units (yes I've now got two sitting in my garage) are going back for good. I can't stand high pitched or extremely loud noises like that and it's inconvenient as I work in a residential area and actually like my neighbors so don't wanna tick anyone off.

    Good review! Looks to work well, but my one concern now that I own a black car is would I be able to dry it fast enough to prevent water spotting, I've been using Adams detail spray as a drying agent which has helped prevent water spots. Have a good week!

    • @MeanBee392
      @MeanBee392  Před 4 lety +2

      Thanks brother! It will dry it fast enough to prevent that you will just want to make sure you are keeping the whole car wet until you are ready to dry. Just remember to dry everything that had direct sun light on it first then hit everything else after. I do understand your concern and you do not want any water spots on your black paint. How are you enjoying the new car brother? Thanks and I hope you have a good week as well! 🐝
