Resilience Amidst Chaos: Walking to Odesa Cathedral After the Attack

Let's navigates the historic old town of Odesa, Ukraine, amidst the aftermath of another tumultuous Russian attack. On July 23rd, 2023, the Odesa Cathedral was attacked by a Russian Cruise Missile, leaving the city and Cathedral scarred but not defeated. Join me as we witness the city's spirit of resilience, hope, and unity. We will take in some of Odesa's historic streets that bear the weight of history, each monument telling a story of its own. The people of Odesa refuse to be silenced. Together, let's honor the strength of Ukraine and the endurance of the people that walk steadfastly towards healing. I had the honour to be welcomed inside the damaged heart of Odesa Cathedral, post attack; a symbol of faith, endurance, and the indomitable human spirit.

To be fair anytime I’m in Ukraine since the war started I’ve felt like an imposter as I can breeze in and out anytime I want whereas the fighting age men 16-60 can’t leave and the men, women and children have to live with these risks everyday they are there. They are the far braver ones x100000.
