Hello sister if u r having loose motion. Then have a herb we called it (Japan Shrub) in our dialet. Pick the soft ones 2 or 3 leaves. U can eat raw or boiled them n drink the soup. This can stop loose motion within 10 to 15 minutes. Also its heals other stomach ailments. Try it its very helpful. I often do this method when i have this problem.
