- 1st time riding it had issues reached out voro motors they called and emailed me scooter going back to get checked out to see wat the issues are either they going fix it or send me a new one I like this scooter because of the range and speed so we will see how voro motors handle this I’m getting ready start back riding my Varla Pegasus for now
That sucks! Hopefully it's fixed before the truly good weather gets here

Hey friend, I have heard about motor controller issues with the new models. I have 400 miles with no issues so far. I'm sorry you've been having issues with the wrong scooter and now this!!!! You seem to keep a good attitude my friend!!!!

I just got the new cruiser s model, front tire was flat out the box and wouldn't pump up. I had to look up how to reset a tire (used a strap around the tire) and that fixed the issue. It pumped up and I hit a high speed of 30.1. Haven't struggled on any minor hills I've encountered either unlike my Turboant x7 pro which slowed down to about 15 on mild hills and as low as 8mph on a decently steep hill. The cruiser feels almost like I'm on a motorcycle or something when you're hitting over 25mph 😎
Ok congratulations 🍾🎉 voro motors definitely has great customer service if u need any held or support I’m always here new videos coming this weekend emove cruiser 2022 is still holding up I put my new controller in on my own and got my battery fixed and put it back on my self definitely learning a lot and make sure u tighten all ur screws before and after riding and use blue locktight

Yess customer service is awesome one of the best just got done riding one of the best electric scooter 🛴 I would definitely buy again scooter is great on range and very fast 💨 they honor they two years warranty check out my new videos will be dropping more videos especially one with full range test

Same problem with me. I ended up damaging my apartment floor as it went off by it self in folded position. Did your problem get solved? I am replacing finger throttle with thumb throttle.
Wow 😯 I’m glad everything ok problem fixed they email me yesterday and received my scooter a day or two ago ups pick up day after this video they gave me a 20$ gift card for the wait they waiting for more emove cruiser boxes 📦 so they can ship great customer service and I’m also waiting for seat to come back in stock something was wrong with the throttle / lcd they say other that everything is working perfect so I’m satisfied with that so I can get back to riding then I’m waiting for my new throttle for my Varla Pegasus should be here in two weeks

Check all that 1st voro motors fixed the issue they was waiting for more emove cruiser boxes 📦 so now they about to ship back to me great customer service

Customer service is awesome my scooter is still up and running no issues no problems will be dropping new videos whenever it stops raining this is a fast scooter the battery and range is the best I only have to charge my scooter once a week warranty is for two years u can call or email them let me know if ur interested I can get u a code for 50$ off

It was one of the hardest decisions I ever made but I had to go with something else with a LG battery that’s not cheap crap and I needed betger speed with similar range and better looks lmao

Push it then hit the trottle It might be on push start mode and cruise mode
Voro motors already fixed it was the lcd throttle this my 3 rd electric scooter so it wasn’t hard to figure it out
Did you check to see whether it was I throttle start or kick-start mode?

It has cruise control, if you hold the throttle for seven seconds it sets cruise. You can turn off the feature in the settings

our guy here had turned on the Cruise Control and did not know it. no need to send the scooter back at all. glad they took care of you anyway.
This is why things cost more!!! when people send back perfectly good products, we all end up paying extra to cover to fees accrued.
New video coming change back tire for 1st time and back brakes was pretty easy

That’s ur opinion I wasn’t keeping nothing I don’t want or didn’t pay for anything we buy can get damaged or fucked up that’s why we get insurance for to cover us and what we spent our hard earned money for
@@fatcatelectric yeah except the new cruiser is not at all reliable. Voro will replace your controller for you. Then in 2 months when it does again they will tell you it's on you they won't replace it again. Been there done that even says it in there warrenty they will only cover a part once. Mind you the controller simply can't handle the power of the 1000w motor as it was made for the 600w motor

@@fatcatelectric well watch out for when it isn't. It'll start slowing down and you won't be able to even hit 25 in mode 3. I'm telling you these controllers are absolute garbage. My cruiser has been in storage for 6 months because of it
@@jonathanrussell496 Ive had my scooter since late Nov 2021. Have replaced rear brakes three times and I rarely roade it Dec - Mar. Battery failed. Front shock bolt sheared off, along with the shocks. Etc. I live in NYC, and used it commute. Its been a really poor experience.
Your Cruiser is defective. Mine works beautifully.
