If you can easily afford property taxes of between 250k and 350k and association dues of fifteen hundred , plus landscaping, plus keeping the home clean....... easily, then you can afford this house.
I'm sure the family that bought this property is not worried about all that...they just write the check for it all, better yet, they probably use pushpay! I can only pray for those kinds of issues, one day, LOL!!
Mz K ... I do know that the home two doors down is 56,000 square feet. At an estimated $2000 per squad foot, figure it out. The home was just completed. The owner is the CEO of a Taiwanese paper company. You can figure out the property taxes. 1.25%of the value of the home.

Too formal. This is California, casual is the word. And... paying that much for a house with a distant ocean view. Why not live down the coast in Laguna with an ocean front -- white water -- location.
Because you get a direct view of the ocean as well as the view of the community below. If you live right at the edge of the ocean, what view will you have at night? Just empty vast sea?
