- Flocking is one of my all-time favorite details when it comes to Christmas decor! It creates a snowy, cozy effect on all of your greenery and makes it seem like a Winter frost just swept through your home! The best news? I found the perfect way to frost your tree right inside your home. No need to go buy an already frosted tree! It also works for any greenery like garlands, picks, etc. Oh, the possibilities! đđ

Thereâs no other person that can get me in the mood to decorate for Christmas. I love this time of year. Thank you once again for all of the inspiration and love you share! â„ïžđ Let the good times begin!
You are the best . Thanks for all your inspiration.. God bless you always in many wonderful ways.
EXACTLY
my mom used ivory snow when I was a kid at 6. one of my fav Christmases. over 50 years ago
IT IS JUST THE IDEA THAT I WAS WEARING FOR... THANY MY BEAUTY LADY!!
You are doing a great job with all the christmas decor..................and I love your hair an make up.....Christmas blessings.......MINDY
I can not wait to see your decoration this year, I have 10 year folllowing you, you have an extraordinary talent , thank you for sharing your knowledge and exoerience
It's beginning to look like Christmas
Great idea. Love how real it looks, especially compared to the flocked trees one can purchase. Thank you Rebecca for all your time and energy. You're decorating the world!
I watched again her Christmas video last year and it's very exciting how she creates her vision year after year after year.
That tree is soooo realistic! I think I like this non-puffy version of the flocking best of all.
Your amazing as always.
Hey Rebecca, I have a white tree that I put glitter on, but I did mine outside because I used spray glue then sprinkled the crystal white, pearl white and clear(ish) glitter I mixed together. I literally tossed handfuls at the tree but I made sure to skip some to give it a more snowy effect. I let it dry for about and hour then shook off the excess to my painters cloth "tarp". I ended up doing the snow glitter process 4 times to get it where I wanted it. It turned out fantastic and the final look gave my tree a dreamy quality that I didn't expect. Since then I've done my tree in several color schemes, but my favorite is the royal blue, white, clear and frosted clear with the white boas to give it a richer look. I'm on repeat this year for my color scheme
Brilliant and beautiful! Thank you, Rebecca. I think I will use it on an old, tired tree, to give it new life vs. The dump.
I gave my flocked tree away ( it's to messy ) and only used it once.
You wouldn't believe how many Christmas Trees, I have given away to family. I have an extra tree in the storage.
I have my 2022 Christmas already up and decorated.
I can already tell this is going to be stunning.
I canât wait to see what the tree looks like
You have such an attention to detail and you never settle for anything less than perfect.
Was just at home goods. They have your giant acrylic angel! Absolutely gorgeous
Not sure how to this. Sorry
Really??? Did you buy it? I'm going to go to my local HG and see if it might be at mine too... HOPEFULLY! :-) RR
Hey there Blondie, I love your hair and of course your videos! I also love the music. Is that your son's recording? Can you PLEASE share name of the CD? Can't wait for more holiday VIDEOS. My beautiful 10 ft mannequin tree remains up for the past 2 years and I love it. Do you have e-mail where I can share my BEAUTIFUL pics? BTW, my fireplace also remains decorated to coordinate with my tree (apple green, gold and white are my colors). Happy Merry Christmas. We are truly BLESSED to be here on God's green earth. You are always a BLESSING, continue to share your God given gifts and talents.đđđ
$1 store plastic drop cloth is larger and covers a greater area. When I sprinkle my faux snow I hold a paper plate underneath so it doesnât fall on the floor. Easier to reuse. These are my favourite trees.
Christmas decorating videos! many thanks. love hearing your son's voice in the background. such a talented family.
This is what I call a "Goldielocks" amount of snow. Not too much, not too little...Just right!
I'm SO going to do this! As always, You're amazing! Always learning from you and I'm considered a great decorator? HA! I can't hold a candle to you, Dear! And that's fine by me because learning from you is TOO MUCH FUN!!! Thank you and God Bless :)
I am with ya, Babe. Three trees every year. Started when my son was a toddler and still up for it almost three decades later. Three themes, different rooms. Am I patient enough to glue each branch one at a time? Just bought a new, seven and half tall tree and thought about this exact frosting. So funny that your video addressed this at the same time. Serendipity, for sure! I admire your creative genius. Love that you play ârealâ Christmas music. Thank you. Your Christmas is always beautiful, in your home and in your heart. Congrats on Grandbaby number two, Brody. So many blessings. Be happy! You are special.
Your video super fantastic
You are the best
Thank you Javed :-) Rr
Thanks for sharing your flock method.
Hiya. I found you last year while healing from a torn rotator cuff and detached ligament from my bicep. LOVE all of your videos. Iâve been waiting to try this because Iâve always wanted to do a winter forest and shimmering crystal Christmas home. Finally did it today with my goddaughter (yes, the last day of September), and the tree turned out beautifully. So excited to do this with the garland base for the staircase next weekend. Thank you so much for the many wonderful ideas Iâve gotten from your videos to refresh our home over the last year!!!! I genuinely appreciate you!!!!
Love this. It looks so realistic. I'm looking forward to seeing your decorations when you're done with everything. You are truly talented and creative.
Puffy shirt, havenât seen one since Seinfeld episode. Love it!
This is so less messy than blowing snow on! I love flocked trees and garlands, so will definitely give it a try. Thanks for another fun and informative video!
Yeah, the idea of less messy is winning me over!
Love your hair!! My fav designer đ€©
Thank you đđ»

Wow! How cool and beautiful is this light flocking! Love it†Iâm gonna do this on an old Christmas tree I was gonna get rid of this tree and buy a new one but this might give me another year with the old one. Thanks for the idea and sharing with us all. You are amazing Rebecca. Remember to pace yourself and be good to you too! Linda from Florida
I love you so much! Thank you for sharing, all the way from South Africa. â€
So excited for this year's Christmas videos
Hello đ Omg this is an awesome idea! I just love your Christmas videos. My husband calls you the queen of Christmas decor and he is right! I look forward to all of your Christmas videos đ
What a beautiful touch for a flocked tree!!!! I can not believe how you think how you come up with these great ideas!!!! Thank you for sharing!!!
Genius Rebecca đđ
I love it, Rebecca what a great diy, I love the crystallized-icy look.
I canât wait to see the finished tree!
Wonderful idea Rebecca! I love that the tree looks like it has been snow-kissed. Your videos are always inspirational. I am looking forward to the rest of your Christmas videos. Thank you.
It looked really nice. Happy Holiday.
I've used Elmer's glue and shaving cream in a can, working with gloves and applying It by hand worked well for me, a poor preschool teacher đœ
I'M SOO HAPPY YOU AND CHRISTMAS WHAT MORE COULD A GIRL ASK FOR! I WILL DEFINATELY FLOCK MY WREATH BECAUSE YOU JUST MADE IT SO SIMPLE BUT I WANT TO MAKE THE MIRROR CHRISTMAS TREE!!! THANKYOU THANKYOU FOR BEING YOU AND BLESSING ALL OF US WITH YOUR TALENT AND EXPERTISE AND WE THANK GOD FOR YOU AMEN đđŒ
Love the hair đ
Always waiting for your uploaded video mam Rebecca.. your subscriber from Philippinesâ€ïž
What a cool way to flock your Christmas tree. Can't wait to try it.đâïžđ
Just a suggestion: why not place the snow flakes in a bag. Instead of dripping the snow flake on the branches, dip the branches in the bag with snow flakes. Not only is it time saving but also there wont be too much waste falling unto the ground. The bottom of the branch will not get snowed since it doesn't have glue on it. Shake off excess snow flakes.
Great tip!
Howdy!! Iâve been a silent viewer for many years. Your videos have taught me so much about developing my home and your Christmas videos are one of the highlights of the holiday season. Thanks so much for all you do.

Awwww, Rebecca, this gives me such a wonderful peace: the ease of the process, the beautiful results, and the celebratory music raising up Christ!!!! We're in a different, new house this year and no matter how much I move around our "stuff," it just doesn't feel like home yet. Your Christmas series may be the key to breaking through that house-to-home stronghold. Blessings
Love this simpler frosted look... but still looks a labour of love... I am still on with our family Autumn decor... but I am so excited planning for my Winter decor đđČâïž
Oh that looks so good and doable. You are all things Christmas.đđâ€ïž
Thanks so much for showing us your tips! It looks beautiful so far - canât wait to see them all finished!
Love you videos
This is a very similar process that I use for my Christmas Village trees although I use baking soda/Modge Podge and glitter, to great a super fine snow from . I love this process so much better that snow in a can.
I can tell this is going to be an incredible year! đđđ Can't wait to see all the beautiful things you've planned. Hope you've had a wonderful time preparing for Christmas!
Rebecca-that's so sweet of you, Thank you! How do I send a direct message on here??
You can email me at hello@kinwoven.com
đRR
@@rebeccarobeson1 just sent you an email!
Its gorgeous
Wow I thought that tree looked real! I was shocked when you said it was plastic. Beautiful. I love the light touch of flock you put on it. I like that rather than the heavy flocking. It does look like a light frosted morning! Can't wait to see more of your decorating. Thanks!!!
Gorgeous. I absolutely love the very natural affect.
Rebecca, how is it that you look better today than you did 10 years ago? Love your hair and I look forward to all your Christmas videos but itâs gonna be hard to top last years tree! it was beautiful! By far my favorite â€
I like this idea. This way you can have as much or as little snow as you want. I enjoy all of Rebecca's videos. But I especially look forward to the Christmas videos.
Love it and I think I will try this on my tree. Iâve been using snow blankets sprinkled with glitter snow to give the effects of snow . I was thinking about buying a flocked tree this year because Iâve always wanted one. â€
Your always thinking of things to make beautiful.thanks for sharing.your a gem.
Happy sprinkling! I am sure your tree will look amazing. Canât wait for the final projects.
Love this idea! Not too much! I have a smaller tree for my entrance, think Iâm gonna try this on that! Love all your Christmas videos! Much †from đšđŠcannot wait to see your home tour!
Very cool, thanks for sharing this method. I canât wait to see your final trees!
Hi Rebecca hope all is well love your hair. I followed your instructions the only thing I did different was I used what's called renew floor wax and diluted it with water it dries crystal clear and doesn't yellow. And I was able to apply it with a spray bottle. Thank you and I can't wait to see the rest of your Christmas videos
Of course we will be back to see all all all u videos that is something to look forward every year thank you thank you for sharing with us đđ
That is really beautiful
wow, it looks so natural
Thank you , genius.đđđđđđđđ
Thanks alot for this great idea to flock a tree!
Oh yeah! Thatâs gonna be absolutely beautiful!! Thanks for sharing this with us!
I love this! â€ïž Did your tree come with the grapevine twigs in it or did you add that element? Canât wait for the rest of the videos!
I prefer this method of flocking... it looks more realistic and easier to work with when adding ornaments! However, the more deliberate placement no doubt takes a bit longer than spraying the tree down with a winter storm! I can see benefits to each look but when it comes to flocking, less is more in my opinion! Well done! đđ»đđ
I know this is going to be absolutely beautiful when you are done.
Good morning Rebecca! I am inspired with this method of flocking a Christmas tree! And, Iâm looking forward to seeing your 2022 Christmas decor! Thank you! đđ
I was very excited about this video. I've always regretted not having a flocked Christmas tree and thanks to you, this year I can have my flocked tree!
So tempted to do this! I love the way this looks so much more than a fully flocked tree! Since the glue is water soluble you can probably even wash it off if you really want to go back to a green tree
Hello Liz đ how're you doing? Have a blessed đ day đ. Hope to hear from you soon.
I looks perfecto đ â€
Brilliant, thank you for sharing your amazing tips and tricks. I hope you're aware of how much we appreciate all you do. Looking forward to the reveal of all three trees... oh! and the final reveal! I can imagine it's spectacular!
Cool. Ibought my first heavily flocked tree last year. Trees are my theme this year too. I decided a few months ago to paint a large art peice with a grouping of snowy trees and to decoupage a tray with trees. Now I want to retry to do the mirror tree I didn't have time to do last year .
I love that when you do Christmas decorating that you wear black trousers but don't get covered in snow and glitter. If I did it, I would be coated, or 'clarted' in it as they say in parts of the UK.
Thanks for the tip. I have a flocked tree that is losing its flocking, so I can now give it a new lease of life.
Amazing as always! I love, love, love your videos! Stunning and beautiful. Watching all your videos and happily anticipating your Christmas home reveal. Thank you!!
I appreciate you. Canât wait to start my holiday decor. Take good care of yourself.
You never cease to amaze me, you are a genius. Happy Holidays to you and your family.
I love this idea! I can't wait to get my tree out now. Thanks so much! Love your hair!
Thank you for showing this because this is exactly what I hoped was possible. I work at Michaels and when I see a flocked tree, I think, "That's not how snow attaches to a tree!" It falls from above. It's not some whirlwind occurrence catching under, inside, etc. So some of the Christmas picks have this flaky snow attached and I thought it looked SO real. That's when I thought I can do this at home. We sell the loose shake snow in regular and iridescent. Now I just have to find an artificial green tree I like. I usually cut down a live one. Thanks again!!!
like the music too
You are brilliant! One comment- I would hate to miss fall decorations as you do. They are my very favorites!
Great idea!
Thank you so much!! I have a pre-lit tree. I don't like the full flock trees cause they apply too much. I just want a small drizzle of snow to make it look pretty like first snowfall but those trees were costing me half a paycheck!! Totally not worth it! Found your video and I'll definitely be giving my tree a new look for next year!! đ€đ€
GREAT IDEA!!!!!
Love it! Thanks Rebecca! A Merry Christmas to you!
Yassss! Bring it in and letâs roll in the holidays!!
Looks beautiful 9 Saturdays til Christmas đ đ
BOOM! ANOTHER start to a BEAUTIFUL WINTER TREESCAPE! NO DOUBT! I love, Love, LOVE your Christmas videos. YOU are a MASTER my dear!! Just finishing up the rest of Halloween but have my broken mirrors, gloves and eyewear ready for the wall framed Christmas tree! THANKS for your POSITIVITY and the SHARING of your TALENTS! IT'S APPRECIATED! Michelle
I also use Epsom salts mixed with opalescent glitter for flocking on my artificial trees. I am looking forward to all your decorating videos. And your daughter Sharrah's home is always magical. I just love her real personality. She is so genuine.
Thank you, Rebecca for such detail and sharing this so the rest of us can enjoy a pretty flocked tree. I had a 1st time sprayed on tree last year that I did. Now I will remove it and do this method and it will be beautiful. Can't wait to see the rest of your videos. God bless.
Loved this idea of flocking the tree, really like how it looks. Thanks. Have a blessed day. Really looking forward to seeing how you decorate for Christmas, you never disappoint.
