Spicy Thai Beef Inspired Salad by Chace Kitchen on tiktok
Ingredients:
2 cups romaine
handful of shredded carrots
handful of sliced persian cucumbers
handful of cherry tomatoes
handful of edamame
A little bit of sliced shallot
chopped mint
handful of honey sesame peanuts
sliced steak
Steak Marinate (this was for 3 lbs of hanger steak):
8 garlic cloves minced
1-2 tbsp freshly grated giner
juice of 2 limes
zest of 1 lime
1/2 cup olive oil
3 tbsp soy sauce
a few squirts of sriracha
salt
pepper
onion powder
red chili flakes
1 spicy pepper of any kind (used serrano)
1tbsp brown sugar
1tbsp fish sauce
handful of cilantro chopped
a few tbsp chives chopped
Dressing:
1/3 cup olive oil
2 tbsp soy sauce
1/2 tsp fish sauce
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp thai pepper, diced
juice of 1/2 lime
1 tsp lemon grass, minced
1 tbsp cilantro chopped
1 tbsp chives chopped
2 garlic cloves minced
