I was diagnosed with MDD and I can tell you, everything can be going well in your life and when one asks you what’s wrong you don’t even know, yet you still have certain thoughts and just wallow. Then beat yourself up for wallowing making it even more harder for yourself. It doesn’t stem from problems you have in life sometimes, it’s just a mental disorder.

On the trauma part I relate, I don’t buy or eat oranges and pineapples because my stepfather was working as a gardener and my mom was working with pineapples, so most of the time we didn’t have food , we would always eat oranges or pineapples.
