Glad to learn that our Naga women are not infected with the evils of western feminism.. we aren't justifying patriarchy though it has both pros and cons but there's wisdom in culture and traditions which our forefathers established for reasons modern generation normally won't understand until seriously pondered over.
It's not always Patriarchy that's keeping women from achieving heights, often it's simply their shyness and lack of knowledge in their field of interests that's causing setbacks. It's heartwarming to see women working as hard a men to equally support family and society for brighter future.

As we see our small state like meghalaya is always conducting its recruitment every year and this year being 1500 posts to be recruited very soon in meghalaya.
