đ„ THE BEST FOOTBALL ULTRAS YOU'VE NEVER HEARD OF!
VloĆŸit
- Äas pĆidĂĄn 23. 05. 2022
- I went to St Johnstone 4-0 Inverness Caledonian Thistle in the Scottish Premiership relegation/promotion play-off.
Stevie May came on and changed the game at McDiarmid Park to secure St Johnstone's place in the top tier of Scottish football next season.
Shout out to Fair City Unity, the St Johnstone ultras group. They made for a great atmosphere (as did the Caley away support).

Thanks for your support of my channel during 2021/22. Let me know where I should visit in 22/23!
you should visit germany lower leagues
why dont you go to ireland now?
What are your thoughts on the Play-off system? I personally donât like that relegation threatened teams get a second chance, doesnât seem fair somehow
@@OwenSports its not fair in any country
HIFK (Helsinki) or ROPS (Rovaniemi).
Fair play to they ultras for St Johnstone. Good to see the smaller teams in Scottish football creating an atmosphere
Another great video to watch. Looked a brilliant atmosphere there. Top content as always
fantastic video well done to St Johnstone on staying up from a Inverness ct fan
Your fans were class mate
Thankyou Sam ! Love seeing the support for the saints & the FCU - they are all brilliant and make me so so proud to be a saints fan xxx
As a Rangers fan itâs great to see other clubs in Scotland developing ultras, I think itâs great for Scottish football and itâs atmosphere. Younger generation should be more inclined to go and support their local team as it is more exciting for them to go. I have noticed Motherwell are starting the same. I could be wrong but I think now that the union bears have really upped their game in the past few years itâs starting to set a trend!
I think itâs fair to say the best ultra group by a million miles are celtics three.. the âbearsâ are garbage. Seville showed that. Was dead
Upped their game to try keep up with us đ
Green brigade - 2006
Union bears - 2012
@Ryanthetim , I havenât seen any light on the green brigade in a long time, they just sing YNWA then that about it. Aye they have upped their game, as their is a lot of light and compliments on them. Itâs understandable that the green brigade are unheard of now as Celtic havenât won a European knockout tie since 2004 đ
@@dkckdj who and when has anyone ever complimented rangers ultras? I hear people go to ibrox say itâs amazing then go to Celtic park and change their mind.. 20.000 more fans makes a difference pal đđ© go watch that Seville game back, canât hear a peep from your mob, the best rangers team weâve seen in atleast a decade and you bottled everything. Atleast you got that wee Scottish cup to cheer about. Had to win something đ
Knocking it oot the park as always sam, great video, still pissed off I wasn't there at the match!
Cheers for letting me plug the channel, fella. Hope to see you at Inverness next season!
What a video mate great man!
Cheers, and thanks for stopping for a photo with my wee lass and her pal. And keep talking up the Saints support!! đđ€đ
Just goes to show that you don't need 75,000 to create a fabulous atmosphere, well done Saints. Don't the Scots just love their footie.
Love your channel, great video once more
Hiya, first time to watch your video. Love the coverage. Well done x
great game and great vid was alot closer than the 4 goals make it seem. mon eh caley :)
great video love you doing scottish football i wish i could go round all the stadiums, but i can just watch you from my house yeah!!!
Im seeing so much of Scottish football on this great channel. Cool seeing ultras alive in UK - love from Torcida Split HĆœV
ultras in Scotland, not so much in England
Mate this team isnât an ultra team. Theyâre little irrelevant kids.
This looks like so much fun. :)
Loved it. Numbers dont count, its about passion boys. Cheers from Deventer Netherlands

FANTASTIC VIDEO đđđđđđđ”âȘïžđ”âȘïž
Young team at TFS are doing a good job and creating a good atmosphere in the Kevin McAllister stand. Kelty away day they were excellent.
Great video sam. John mahon who played the full 90 minutes at centre half for StJohnstone, was signed over the winter from Sligo Rovers in Ireland. Celtic also signed a youngster called Johnny Kenny from us aswell. You should visit over the summer SamđŽ
Stevie May was awful when he was at Aberdeen, but it's unbelievable how many important goals he has scored for St Johnstone over the years.
I'm sure this is his first goal of the season. He's not been the same since he had a bad injury at Sheffield Wednesday but he was a very good striker when he was young, scored 27 goals in 2013-14.
He's shit, but he's consistent.
@@PaulSJFC94 I remember he scored a couple against us in the cup semi final I think in that season
@@pauldonaldson6067 Who the f*ck is Stevie May :P
@@noddy974 how do you not know
Being in that March last night was mad
congrats to saints and what a fantastic support... props to their ultras
I saw you earlier outside the stadium
Fair play lads, those who slag lads like this donât get football. Respect, from Hearts, Edinburgh. đŻđŻđŻđđ»
These type of ultras are embarrassing mate, I'm glad we (Hearts) don't have one, just people wearing skiing masks acting hard, it's not real atmosphere
@@aaronloftus6125 next saints game I go to I'm gonna shout "it's not real atmosphere!!" For the full 90 mins. Even at half time.
@@aaronloftus6125 come on pal, bit disrespectful. Theyâre a pretty small club doing their best to create atmosphere, I think you should respect that. Lads following their local team, nothing wrong with it in my opinion and good luck to them
Do you have any plans to visit matches outside Europe?
Livingston, Inverness Caley, Thistle, Cove Rangers, Kelty Hearts and Albion Rovers all in the same group for the League Cup
You should come to a hibs march sometime
I said it many years ago...british football would go so well with the modern Ultrasubculture...many Love from Germany and chapeu for such a "little" Club to have this amount of organized fans...the only thing britain needs now are some stands thats it đȘđȘđđ»ââïž

Keep at it Garry mate, I told you we would make it one day. I was your sixth subscriber, I accept bitcoin and cash.
Which team is which then ? You could've told us because St Johnstone Def not just wearing same kit used to do for home games & not sure if Cally's is their normal away kit.
7:06 he was right there
Whatâs the words to the song at 5.05?
Lol I saw myself đ€Ł
Hey sam its me tyler im the one that said 4-3 on aggregate
It was not but
Great
2:17 he has got the bucky
St Johnstone have the kind of fans I would love to see in person, too bad theyâre a world away. I guess videos will have to do. Keep up the good work.
they only turn up in big games mate ,very quiet this whole season
They won two cups and their plastic fans came out. They get absolutely ridden rotten rough every single week. Pathetic team and pathetic fans. There is only one team in Scotland and that is Rangers. Celtic are a team that continues to protect their old coaches and their priests and all other beasts of their club and religion. Theyâre the biggest scum, but this St Johnstone and all other shite teams are that, shite.
I forgot to add, seeing St Johnstone fans in person? They have like 100 at most. Follow a team with millions of fans. Just donât choose green.
Terrific atmosphere at this game from the caley fans. Sat right in there with the loud ones and what an experience this was
đ
I know people booed when they threw the flare on the grass but in all honesty thatâs the best place for them. Otherwise fires would break out
Funnily enough the very frist ultras in scottish football where aberdeen in late 70s/ early 80s
Go to Aberdeen next season!
I've just realised that at 8:55 my uncle and cousin are in the videođ€Łđ€Ł

Surprised you're not in Tirana. Feyenoord having a big party looking at their videos!.
Didn't even know st Johnston had ultras lol
come the national league playoff final
Hammarby energy at St. Johnstone
Why don't you visit Scottish Castles in the off season.
REGARDING ULTRAS.
Football fan culture was created in Scotland in the late 1800S by the Scottish and Irish.
The forerunner for supporters travel clubs were called BRAKE CLUBS.
They were horse drawn vehicles. ( THAT HAS JUST TRIGGERED MEMORIES OF SEEING THE PARTICK THISTLE FANS TRAVELLING IN FURNITURE VANS AND ON THE BACKS OF LORRIES IN THE 1950s FOR MIDWEEK GAME'S AS THEY WOULD GO STRAIGHT FROM WORK.)
THEIR FANS WOULD GO CRAZY WHEN THEY HAD A SHY( A THROW. IN )
The clubs had their own expensive and ornate banners.
The supporters walked( I can't be bothered with the marching description for everything football or non football related crowds:)
They sang, shouted, chanted and waved flags and banners, had whistles, drums bells, bugles and ricketies.
Street gangs became a problem, territorial and sectarian.
Glasgow had its OLD FIRM RIVALRY Rangers v Celtic
Edinburgh's Heart of Midlothian v Hibernian to a much lesser degree.
Belfast's Linfield v Celtic Big TWO Derby which started a few years later;had the same rivalry. As the OldFirm.
Dublin followed with THE Shamrock Rovers v Bohemians Derby,
It has something to do with social standing ( a class war)in the city.????
The North East Derby
NEWCASTLE UTD V SUNDERLAND STILL HAS A
Big rivalry AS THE CITIES ARE ONLY 12 MILES APART and both have very loyal supporters.
Both are well over due the success that they used to have.
Boca Juniors v River Plate in Argentina has the same kind of rivalry as the Dublin Derby.
Today in most Derbies around the world they are described as; the most bitter, hated, and deadliest rivals.
The Vast majority of football SONGS originated in Scotland and the now Northern Ireland and Ireland.
In the early 1960s some English recordings of Scottish and Irish football songs breached copyright laws. In the 1950s60s70s
their used to be shops with one wall full of Rangers/ Linfield/loyalist singles, e.ps and l ps.
and another full of Celtic and Republican recordings.
Rangers Had the biggest and best organised official supporters club.
That was from an English football annual and a BBC UK. midweek sports programme.
There was an English journalist and later an ex footballer who set the standard to laugh at and mock Scottish football he was a great goal scorer.
He was jovial but meant what he said about Scottish football.
It snowballed to brutal assessment of our standard of football from
Mediocre players and the ones that were apologies for footballers and went for the man;not for the ball.
ENGLAND V scotland
Played 115
WON 48 DRAWN 26 won 41
GOALS 195. goals 171
THANKS SAM AND YOUR FELLOW VLOGGERS FOR TRYING TO TO EDUCATE THE KNOCKERS OF SCOTLAND N. IRELAND AND IRELANDS FOOTBALL STANDARDS.
St Johnstone fans Only turn up for the important games đ€Ł
Was it just me or were the accents far more easy to understand on this video?
They must've gotten lost after the Galatasary game because they've posted missing for the majority of the season.
Fannies
St johnstone need to keep a consistent fan base most only go for the big games
Can't knock local fans but unfortunately big teams swallow them up
Cmon the perth boys

I don't think the adult/older population is interested in bringing changes like ultras into Britain, so it's the youth that has to bring that change.
Malmö Ultras >>>
AFC ARE THE BEST
aye brilliant ultras think a only heard 3 songs haha still the UB holds the torch for best ULTRAs but a good video of the match.
