      Do you find drum brakes to work better than disk rotor brakes? Nine finished.

    Szervusz! Nagyon szép munka, gratulálok! Az autósok hogy viszonyulnak ahhoz, hogy szélesebb vagy mint egy kerékpár? Szoktak idegesen dudálni? Előznek akkor is ha jönnek szemből? Máté

    Nice design. Is that a 3 speed hub under the seat?

    • @LampasLampas
      @LampasLampas  Před 8 lety +1

      +Mike Savage
      Yes, it is a modifyed three-speed gear hub.
      Its great advantage is that it can be switch at a standstill.

      Thanks. It's a good position for it. Less "loose" chain as happens with a triple chainwheel at the crank.
      I've often thought of building a trike of my own design but I already have two trikes, both Stein Trike Roadsharks. I can only use one at a time. :)

      how did u get a second sprocket on the hub in midst of building my own was considering adding a internal geared hub to mine but unsure how to add the internal gear hub with 2nd sprocket iv seen a bike a Canadian tire that had one

    • @LampasLampas
      @LampasLampas  Před 8 lety +1

      The sprocket wheel must be mounted on the spokes place.
      I welded three 6mm claw on the gear, their place will be grinded on the the spokes position very accurately.
      The sprocket wheel is it holding on place against falling out by three screws.
      The braking system has been removed from the gear hub.

    Too complicated for us newbees. We all don't have your skill, tools and expertise to do this type of build. I need a simple design front wheel drive trike plan. I have ten bikes to cut up. But no plans. ?
