Can we use the following as well? " Moreover, I am not sure how the baggage was lost, I imagine the airline might have misplaced on a different carrier. In fact, I have been following up with the airline but no success in the whereabouts. Prior to my journey, I had purchased travel insurance with your company, and as per the insurance policy, I have full coverage including lost baggage. Therefore, I have attached the insurance claim form and necessary documents. Kindly let me know if any other proofs required I will dispatch it soon. I hope that this settlement will be done at the earliest".
