As someone who lives near Michigan, a state that's legal for recreation, it's amazing how much money is being left on the table through untapped markets, simply because the government restrictions stop all the really cool stuff from happening. We need late night smoke lounges, cannabis hotels, bed and breakfasts, infused restaurants, etc.

Its a double edged sword when it comes to cannabis banking. On one hand your ability to over build is limited to capital on hand. The other is everything you make is equity with minimal liabilties because you have to operate with cash🤷♀️👍. Pay as you go=limited debt +maximum profits=long-term success and no overlords.
