The ending was crazy! I did not see it coming lol
Yooo me either!! I was blown away by character Jay's ending and how Nate and Eve met. I was like "oooohhhhhhhhhhhhh dangggggggg". Mind you I was reading this on audiobook, so I just looked off in the distance and shook my head 😂
Chileeeeee, that was WILD!!! I listened to the audiobook but I really couldn't put it down either.
I was gonna ask if you've read The Housewife. Ooooh weeee! I read another one but I don't remember the name. All I know is, imma take camping off my bucket list. 😒
The ending made me read it twice and had me feeling some type of way lol
I finished tonight but SPOILER-ish
I'm contemplating if I would've liked the book without the epilogue or not. On one hand, it'd be a more predictable story without it. But with it, it makes me wonder how "Jay" was so willing to do all that he did in the second and third acts knowing that he cut off Addie and could hardly look at her/speak to her after helping with covering up her dad's death. Seemed like an inconsistency in his character.
It was because they were childhood friends and she was there for him when his dad was the embarrassing janitor.

me either! So basically Nate and Eve are two peas in a pod because they both did the same thing with *cough cough* at school. Disgusted!
