I have received a large number of messages telling me that your computer is broken after applying these steps and you are getting messages about a boot device not detected. Perhaps for people with little experience, I should have clarified that it is necessary to make a USB boot drive with the OS on a separate computer, and after the formatting process is completed, it is necessary to boot from the USB flash drive to reinstall the OS. This needs to be done at 4:15 of the video.
In this video i will show you how to unlock BitLocker hard drive without password. Follow the commands I'm writing. I hope to be helpful.

Then, I did the rest of the installation with USB and just followed the screen instructions

This method really works for the bit locked laptop but it leads to a completely formatted laptop. After this u need a bootable pendrive or so because it shows "no bootable device found".

Quick question. At 4:20 After you exit the command prompt and turn off the PC, is that when you plug in a usb with windows 11 for install when u turn it back on?
Yes, that's it. Then you insert a Windows USB flash drive.

That worked perfectly. I only got an error saying "no bootable media" so I put my bootable thumb drive in the other USB port and the rest went exactly as you instructed. Thank You!

When you insert a bootable flash drive and install windows it will work.
I have a dell xps 13 and I can't find away around as I have to use a USB hub the small laptop has no direct USB insert no boot device found please help

Hey my laptop starting showing " Preparing Bitloker recovery" and then directly jump into to the "choose an option" didn't ask for Boot key..& choose an option not going after so many tries (power on/off, repairing, command, etc) now what i do??

Just did it on a lennovo X1 with nvme locked with bitlocker. Your harddrive will be erased. That why it's called a format. After I reinstalled the OS from a bootable usb

Really wish that comment had been placed in the video! Since trying this I have no Bitlocker and no OS, as advertised. I have tried to reboot from USB after this but am unable to alter the BIOS settings to allow the USB to be in the "Boot Startup List". All the tutorials/advice I am finding is referring to accessing the BIOS from the OS, which no longer exists on mine. Do you have a video to help with this?

Hi, previous day i also have this bitlocker key and i don't know the key, then 1 video said using command prompt and *format c* , after format my laptop can't open , it said *automatic repair couldn't repair your PC* , i do try search and follow the step that have but still can't find way out, should i reinstall window first or continue to solve this automatic repair first ? Need help 😫
If automatic repair does not help, you need to reinstall the OS, but there is a chance that you will lose your information.

With the "exit" command as shown in the video or by pressing the "X" button to close the window.

To remove BitLocker If I format c: drive would that also delete the factory reset recovery especially if I have to delete and recreate Disk0, since I don't have the Windows OS on a flash drive or the key that can help me reinstall, please let me know thanks

People who dont know you have to plug in a USB with windows on it. And people that do know you have to plug in a USB with windows on it.
