I fell in live with that yarn from this video. I bought some and am doing 12 post Sunburst squares to make a top. I'm so glad,I saw this video
This might be the best tutorial ever. I love that you didn’t chat forever. Just got right to it and showed everything nice and slow
Thank you so much for your feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed this tutorial 🥰
I absolutely love your tutorial. You explain every stitch so I could do it along with you. Thank you so much. Keep doing what you are doing.
Thank you so much!
Really pretty. Pretty design and pretty yarn 🩷
I like your tutorial! The information, demonstration and speed / pace is excellent. Thank you. I really dislike (hate) tutorials where the instructor crochets fast in their demonstrations.
Thank you so much for the feedback! I’m glad you enjoyed the tutorial 🥰
Love this❣️
Beautiful & I love how you join & finish rounds so there are no gaps.
Thank you very much for these tutorials.
Hermosos tus tutoriales. Gracias
Beautiful!! I just love the yarn you chose and your work is amazing!
I absolutely love this-ordered all the yarn in the same colors to make a baby blanket-thank you for sharing this tutorial.
You are so welcome!
C'est Superbe 🎉 merci beaucoup,🥰🌷
This is a beautiful motif!
Your tutorials are wonderful! So easy to follow. I made one of your heart trinket dishes and it turned out beautifully. I have limited crochet experience and that was my first project in about 20 years. Thank you so much!
Thank you! I love hearing that : )
Beautiful pattern! I never used this yarn for a blanket, only dishcloths. Excited to try it.
Great video and perfect instructions, so happy I came across it! Love the yarn you are using. I’ll be following.
This is so beautiful! Thank you for sharing it.
You're welcome : ) Glad you like it!
This is gorgeous thank you ❤
Maisey! Thank you so much for this wonderful pattern and great tutorial!!!!! Again, I love your patterns and sincerely hope that others find you here AND on your ETSY store!
You are so welcome! I appreciate your support! : )
Great instructions!!! Thank you.
You are so welcome!
Thank you, it was a great tutorial. I love the pattern ❤
You’re welcome 😊 I'm glad you like it!
Great tutorial! I’ve always seen the invisible join used without the previous slip stitch join, but I much prefer this method. It seems more secure than just the invisible stitch without ss join. This will be my new go-to! 😊
I'm glad it was helpful! It's funny how many different ways there are to do the same thing : )
learned so much from your tutorials, and done one for my friend's birthday gift:))
That's great!
Very nice I will try fpdc and bpdc I might invent a new pattern stich lol until I get it right thank you
Well, Now I know how to do a post stitch, front and back. Lol I had to finish it iff with HDC instead of SC for size, I needed a 7 inch square..Very pretty
Lindos trabalhos ❤❤❤❤❤
Thank you so much for sharing this well-made tutorial. I love the sunburst pattern. Which method would you use to join the squares? I'm looking for a variegated merino wool yarn comparable to the cotton yarn you used to make a baby blanket... any recommendations on a substitution? 🙂 Thanks!
Instruction are perfect. Would like to have ballpark figure as to how much yarn is needed to make a 6 x 8 square blanket.
It takes about 24-25 yds for 1 sunburst (colored yarn) I haven't figured the yardage for the border yet
Love this! Would I be able to start with a chain instead of the magic circle? Just not sure how many to chain
Yes! I would ch 4 and sl st to the first ch to join 😁
Great tutorial is the an off for the square? Interesting use of the “hdc”. What cotton yarn are you using the color flow is lovely?
I don't understand the first question. The yarn is Hobby Lobby - I Love This Cotton Print - Pink/Green/Purple
@@OhMeOhMyCrochet is there a pdf printable document for the square instructions.
@kingscountyfiberfestival7878 we’ll have one soon
What yarn are you using? So beautiful!
Hobby Lobby - I Love This Cotton Print - Pink/Green/Purple
Hallo komme aus Deutschland wo kann man die Wolle kaufen, das sieht so toll aus❤
beautiful work where do you buy your yarn and brand is it .
Hobby Lobby - I Love This Cotton
Also I think I’m missing something on the count of the first row. When I dc 16 but slip stitch to the second it eliminates one of the dc loops. So when I do the bubbles I’m getting 15 bubbles, what am I doing wrong?
Make sure you’re going into the same stitch as your chain in the next round.
After making the Puff stitch, you make a Slip Stitch. Is that correct, as opposed to a Chain Stitch in your verbal instruction?
It’s a chain after each puff stitch. At the end of the round you work a sl st to join.
@@OhMeOhMyCrochet Thank you! 😊
Is there a written version of this somewhere? Love the video but sometimes I want to remember a count number and don’t want to have to find it in the video
We have a Sunburst pattern collection for sale on Etsy - ohmeohmycrochet.etsy.com/listing/1711539999
