There no other tips except for finding aspects in avalonian roads and using gathering tomes.

For me yes, but it can be your least priority to level up
i am at t6 gathering in ore and t5 in skinning and wood .. do i focus on 1 for more profit or otherwise ??
It depends on what king oof gathering you want to do. If you want this kind of gathering you need to T8 one of the gathering first and focus on it. But if you want the mist gathering I will suggest to t6 all of your tools first.
Is it better to farm ore in blue zone for xp or should i go for tier 4 + 5 ore for xp ?
I think it's better to level up in blue zone resource hotspot.

It depends on the market. You need to check each city market to be sure of what city is better.
Is there anyway to lower the repair cost? Does it still make profit after the repair cost?
There is no other way to lower the repair cost than not using avalonian tool. This sessions repair cost is only 45k, which is still good for the profit you got.
The repair cost for lower tier equipment is bleeding your wallet. But tier 8 Aval is cheap because its very durable
The gathering yield that ava tools give is worth the repair.
