    I’ve got long tube headers and full 4” exhaust (true dual) with black tips. Got the black midnight edition front and rear lights, 3:10 rear axle gearing(1/4) mile speed, lol, new transmission, true CAI that gets fresh air from the front left wheel fender guard.and a custom 90mm throttle body, gauges for trans temp, oil temp(in Phx AZ)and it’s 100% ready for a supercharger….just gotta save up! My truck literally sounds like a “gasser” dragster with the parts, upgrade and tune my truck is pushing 600 ponies+a couple!. I love the DK56vk engines in the Titan. My truck is fast and surprises the fuck out of cars and I love to mess around with em

    Do you hear that squeaking at the end have any idea what that might be because I hear that while I'm driving... I recently installed this cat back on my 2023 titan pro4x sounds great but I'm hearing chirping and squeaking and I re tightened everything and it's still there seems to happen when the truck gets warmed up also when I give it gas while driving. I don't hear anything when I shake it around it's driving me crazy ....Any suggestions

    I had a Flowmaster FlowFX system on my 18 Titan and it sounded pretty similar to what you got there, are you getting any raspiness at high RPMs? The FlowFX uses a y-pipe to a single in-out muffler which was supposed to reduce the raspiness but still had it. I seen a few videos on here where people switched over the flow effects Muffler to a borla and had great results.
    I noticed yours uses a double in single out so I'm guessing there is a strait thru y-pipe inside your muffler or it wouldn't be that loud of a if it wasn't straight through.
    I recently changed over to a Borla S-Type system that has dual-in-out and an internal H-pipe in the muffler because I learned that on a truck where you want torque an H- pipe will give you more low end power then a y-pipe or an x-pipe... and let me tell you it is a very noticeable difference. Also the Borla system had absolutely zero drone and a deep Rumble that I love and absolutely eliminated the raspiness at high RPMs. And 4-inch tips coming out the back so eliminate the single side exhaust and look so much cooler. To me hands-down the borla S-Type is the best system for this truck but I understand that most people don't want to dump $1,400 to buy an exhaust. But I would recommend switching over just the muffler to a Borla.

    Mine has the same sound w/o the system, but id pay anything for extra power. Especially for the Titan, because the only other extra power you can really buy is from the ColdAirIntakes and Pedal Commander.

    • @wills5757
      @wills5757  Před 5 lety

      I have the pedal commander. It doesn’t produce more power but it does feel like it. The power gains are pretty insane for this cat back system. I’m really impressed. I do really like the pedal commander though.

    • @DosPuntoQuatro
      @DosPuntoQuatro Před 5 lety +1

      WILL S Yea because the minute I lifted it 3in and added 2in spacers (making it 18x10) I’ve seen my truck decrease aerodynamics, and the way I step on it now like how I used to before the mods, it doesn’t reach high RPM like it did before the mods. So I have to add a little more gas for it to move now, but I feel like with the pedal commander, that’s not a problem any more.
      Before I added the Lift and Spacers I took my truck to Nissan telling them My lack in accelerations and what not, they told me once they get new updates they will install a new software in so the gas pedal reads are more Accurate. And from what I’ve read online, everybody is having close to the same problem.
      So yea I’m definitely getting that exhaust system to add more power with a well responsive Gas pedal, And a intake.

      @@wills5757 a catback exhaust doesn't give you any extra power, people say that to justify spending 1k plus on an exhaust kit not just for sound. When something is louder people think it makes more power 🤣

Looking for a cat-back for my ‘18 Titan that’s not overbearing or full of drone, but also has a great V8 sound. WILL S I just went to the muffler shop and showed him the video of the squeak. He said the Nissan and Tundras do it because of the more open airflow with an aftermarket exhaust and nothing on my hangers was wrong apparently after taking it to 3 different shops. And check if you see metal on metal from the rear hanger on the mount. Then push the tail pipe away and it will stop. But it will move again. Then afix a thick piece of rubber via zip tie or something to the mount on the truck and it will stop.

      RSX250 well for one everybody and there brother has an F150. 2-I like the f150 Raptor but those are $70k. 3-I got $12,500 off this truck so my drive out was only $38k. 4-the warranty was very inviting on this truck. I’ll keep it for another 4 years then get another Ram and lift it. So I bought for the deal, it’s potential with mods and accessories and the warranty. The new Ram wasn’t out yet and I didn’t want to wait and wanted to wait until they got all the bugs worked out. You were right I could see the rear hanger had some surface scratches where it would rub on the hanger bracket. Put a piece of rubber coolant hose onto the face of the bracket hopefully it'll stop the annoying chirping. All other brackets have plenty of clearance before making contact to the brackets. Thanks for your help.

      @wills5757  Před 5 lety +1

      Titan I’m a firm believer in the Hellwig sway bars. I had them on my 2015 Ram Sport front and rear. It definitely helps! I have it on the stiffest position. Hellwig doesn’t make one for the front because they said the factory sway bar is substantial enough. The power is noticeable right around the claimed 3800 rpm range. That is the sweet spot! Hope this helps. I have been very happy with all the modifications I have done thus far. The only thing I’m still on the fence on are the side steps. I’m still waiting on GoRhino to come out with the RB10 for this truck. I really need to do a 6” lift for it to look right with these steps but then it wouldn’t fit in my garage and that I’m out on.
