This is in my top 5 favorite episodes of Chicago PD through 9 seasons. Tracy's work in this episode was incredible, not only doing the physical stunts but also the emotional effect of everything that happens to Upton. The terrible guilt she feels, even after they catch the guy. "It doesn't bring her back." Super proud of Tracy and the CPD team for putting this amazing episode out for us.

I agree. The show was riveting but I kept asking....where is Jay....why is she jogging at night, alone, he would never want her to do that. Jogging in night at Chicago, in winter,.alone...nothing good could come of that!! Even after the incident they just didn't show a lot of the other characters. When they found the bad guys house then Kevin wasn't with them, it just seemed different but still made me watch with my face covered. Hailey in the water was scary, i felt claustrophobia for her. Then I was like where are the police, and rescue, what's taking them so long! I was so excited to see a new episode though..I've missed it! I know it was a show centered around Hailey but I feel like they made it seem as if the rest of the team just wasn't involved. Still.... amazing episode!

Jay would give her space, he sees that she's hurt and he's always watching her reactions checking out on her but without being too much on her space. I still want to see more of their relationship, but so far i like how sweet, simple and drama free they are now, after everything they went thru this season.

I loved the episode but I do agree that realistically Jay probably wouldn’t have had his phone on silent, going to bed alone, and then not being worried that Hailey never made it home. Didn’t she arrive back at the police station in the morning after she went to the hospital. I would just think Jay would think or be aware something was wrong.

One thing I loved, loved, loved about Criminal Minds is no office romance.
Sure, Rossi 'had an affair' with Erin Strauss, but there was no ross/rachel, sam/diane will they-won't they stanning build up fan service shenanigans.
I'm actually glad they wrote off Rios/Rojas because she and Atwater would have felt forced. But DW universe shows Kevin absolutely love! 😠😡🤬
