Lau was telling Larry to chill out bcoz they went to another place.. Larry did same thing to Laurent in one of their old videos, when the connection comes they are not themselves anymore and it can't hurt them, this fact I got from their interview, Larry said it's dangerous, that's the after effect
@@finomhiphopandskate they both always do that, but this is the first time I have seen Laurent telling Larry to chill out, it's always Larry telling Laurent to chill out in most of their videos I have watched.. This happen when the connection is taking their energy, watch when he first told Larry to chill Larry went closed to Laurent bent down but his hands were shaking and Laurent started shaking too, that where they went out of control, watch Larry again his dancing steps changed, it was too much for Laurent that's why he told Larry to chill man, then Larry asked him how do you do that.... To my own opinion, he asked how did you do that, Laurent always inniciated the energy and when Larry tells him to chill he chills, but this time it was hard for Larry to chill, it was so strong for Larry to control... Watch them again from where he first asked Larry to chill calmly... I came with this theory from paying attention to their connections and their reactions whenever they connect, something unusual always occur

Lau freestyle from 6:10 was something. You can see the build up from the beginning. His freestyle is so instinctive as opposed to Larry. That being said, I love their individuality.

Soooo good a year later...I actually paused a Warrior’s playoff game and got wrapped up in yet another Les Twins video that I’ve watched so many times. Their small gesture improvisations are just as intriguing as anything else that do so well. Why isn’t there a Dance Network on cable with a Les Twins daily show? I guess a Les Twins would be recorded immediately with Les Twins extra IG footage and put right back up on CZcams to be shared with the world. It’s just that they deserve so much more in terms of media exposure.
SR, wow! You paused the warriors game last night to watch this LOL. I’m shook. Luckily they won last night. I agree, i wish there was a channel of Les Twins as well. My dream would be to follow them around the world and do a vlog or web series of some sort of them. They’re just too entertaining not too! Any and every material I get of them is ALWAYS great. I’ve never been around anything else like it. I miss it and wish they would do more workshops so i can attend them.
I wouldn't say Lau has more styles than Larry at all, Lau just uses different meaningful/emotional styles than Larry: they BOTH know several types of styles that represent who they are as a person, Laurent is obviously the more passionate/choreography type, Larry is the more so I'm going to kill you on every beat and make you feel it. As far as them knowing more styles than other dancers is true too, they don't just do choreography/freestyle, remember they know how to dance Spanish, Caribbean, African, so it goes a lot further than just what you see in these CZcams videos. Guarantee you almost any other known dancer cannot breakout in another dance from Spanish to Caribbean to "life feet" which is a NY dance etc and go right back to their own style all in just 1-2 minutes. Diversity sets them apart from EVERYBODY in my opinion.

Tracy Washington Yes you are on the money with everything you said. Especially Laurent. With Larry I think he prefers his signature moves but he will show out when provoked. Laurent can break out with anything and then amp it up when he goes into a zone. In person I saw Laurent hit so many different dances and dance styles that he actually made me jealous lol. On WOD tv show they won purely off of musicality while demonstrating that if they WANTED to pick a competitors dance style and kill it that they could but just didn't want to. The tap champ Kyle was their only real competitor because they both relied on musicality and beat as the essence to their skill. And you see what they did to poor Kyle in round 2 on WOD😂😂😂😂😂. These 2 are no joke!
Les Twins have an unlimited repertoire of dance movements, not just because they draw on so many styles of dance, but also because they continually create ways to express the music.
When it comes to being a genius in your own craft Larry and Laurent are stupidly good examples. Les Twins worked their asses off to achieve a level of cognitive dexterity that enables them to sync and marry various facets of dance that we all have paid witness to. This is proof of the prowess of the human brains ability to interpenetrate sequences of sound and fully translate it into emotion via movement. Les Twins do this on such a high level its simply astonishing and makes me proud to be human because human are the only species that can hear sound and compose it to the degree that we do. Other species are able to latch onto some facets of music but we humans have connections that allow us to tie rhythm, tempo, etc along with feelings and share ideas, and even change ones mind, heart, and or soul with just music. Seeing them dance and interpenetrate so many genres of music all while showing us who they are as people and how a song makes them feel is just one of many things that makes life on earth worth appreciating.
Dance is love and Les Twins are life :P

I wish Lau's knees would stop bothering him so that we can fully see the new style that he's been working on (I also have some knee issues). We keep getting a glimpse of the new lil beast style in these workshop freestyles and I just want to see him go full out. Larry knows that when them knees good he better watch out 😂
Btw, GoshTasha is a godsend to people like me stuck in Sweden with no way to see them live anytime soon. Keep up the great work. (Dailymotion or a similar site would be a good place for you to upload the full freestyles)

Nicholas Orth the wod battle on snap chat showed that Lau hurt himself which took place in Feb. but he has a history of dancing while in pain and not giving enough time to recover...its hard on him to stop doing what naturally comes out of him
Exactly, and me who loves to dance and work out also have a habit of getting back into heavy lifting or dancing full out before my knees have recovered. Knee injuries are super common among athletes and requires an extreme amount of self-restraint to recover which neither Lau or me have sometimes so I am speaking from experience :)

They have perfected the art of their type of dance by being able to interpret the energy of the music thru the movements of they’re bodies. Bcuz they are twins they harmonize the symmetry of they’re movements. The reason why one twin told the other to chill is bcuz the other was going so hard he could have risked injury. My guess is one of them got injured badly previously. Don’t know much about these two. I’m just able to interpret the art of body language. I know bcuz I too am in the process of perfecting the energy of my body thru fighting. And yes, I know how to dance too lol..

kaiyeem both of their styles are made up of other styles. They both use house footwork, both use a lot of dancehall and krump but Lau seems to use house , locking and even waacking a lot more
