Dhamarpa hasuttered,many blasphe,mines to Karmapa Ogyen Dohdu Trenlay Dorje. He said that is incarm Karmapa can not be taken to equal to high deities as he is an ordinary being. Shamar 'incarnation was banned for 300 yeas for his anti government activities. By the Tibetan Government Only in 1962 his incarnation was restorred by the 16th Karmapa Regpe Dorje ,with permission from HH the 14th Dalai Lama.
