I wasn't ready for how good this song was when i've first listened to it in the semi-finals... After the finals i still feel the same: this was the best song and performance of the Eurovision 2021

Gjon's Tears - my absuloute favourite!!!
The reason his voice is so compelling is that he isn't using true falsetto, which is the head voice. He is in fact mainting chest voice through the higher notes with a mix with the head voice which is incredibly hard to do. Most male singers, even if they can sing high with falsetto, cannot sing it with chest voice.

It's so nice to see other fans who feel the way I do. When I watched with my family, they thought it was boring and I couldn't understand how anyone can listen to his voice and not be swept away! But, that's okay. I listen to this song several times a day, every single day.

You are absolutely right, this performance is magical. I heard him live at the venue, and I have never heard a chrystal clear, yet powerful voice live in my life. Gjon is phenomenal.

Oh my Goood... I just loved your reaction and your comments about his voice. I'm so obsessed with him since I heard this song for the first time... I swear. Obsessed, literally. As you said, his voice it's just something else, like out of this world. In fact, I find really accurate when you said it takes you to another place or world or something similar. That's exactly how I feel when I'm listening or/and watching this performance. I don't know what he has to be that expressive but it's just magical, haunting.
To express how committed I am, I can tell you I'm considering seriously to create an official club in my country, Spain, if there's no one yet. I definitely will follow his career ahead. He's stunning. And, if that wasn't enough, apparently he's a down-to-earth guy. Really humble, kind and funny. I recommend you to watch some interviews to check what I'm saying and, also, watching the official video. I'm convinced you'll also love it. It's the perfect match for the song, speaking for myself, and really emotional and deep.

Wow! Stunning Performance. Didn't understand a word of it, but as music is universal, it didn't matter. I'm sure I can look up the lyrics and translation, but sometimes the translation is lost, that way. So I will appreciate it as it is. Yes, I am Familiar with Eurovision. If I'm not Mistaken Alex Rybak, a Belarusian now living in Norway, won in 2009. One of the great things about youtube is I have been able to sample music from all over the world. It even allowed me to find this amazing, sweet, music reviewer from Latvia. Rebeka, Keep doing what you are doing and keep great music alive. ✌❤🎹🎶🎵🎸

Great singer! Kinda sounded like the vocalist in the band 10cc at times. You might want to check them out. Their "Deceptive Bends" album was one of the best pop albums of all time. I still remember buying that one at a record store when I was in college. Met a nice girl there who also liked them.

I can't understand this incredible song didn't wont, Italy was for me the WORSE song of the contest, I like also very much Iceland and Lithuania
For me, it wasn't that I didn't like them, BUT also don't understand why they were first....

The message of this song can really heal people, its so good i am lost for words...
The message:
Construction after destruction
If in our life we are devasted wrecked or sad we shouldn't give up
We should try to take our time and move forward in lives, reinvent , rediscover ourselves, start a fresh new beginning and see hope as big as the whole universe
And at the end we are the only ones who can trust ourselves, be sincere to ourselves and save us
That is the reason Gjon is pulling himself out of the car crash and then looking around, seeing the whole universe and thinking of moving forward
We can even say that the universe was born due to destruction of a star
So destruction, construction theme
And the cycle of life, its ups and downs but overcoming the downs
And emmergency to exist to do what we have to do before its too late
He sang the song by an interpretive dancing
And said
"This song isn't a sad song at all , it is a warrior song"
And of course Gjon and tout l univers was my absolute favourite 🤩🤩🤩😍
