Metallic option is available in our basic materials and imported gltf models. Shiny option is unfortunately not supported in after effects at this moment(24.4), when adobe devs add shiny option we will include it

When creating objects along with textures, the figure is not displayed in the viewport, there is nothing except the controllers of the figure itself😢
