Man charged with murder in death of five-year-old boy going to trial on different charge

- A man charged with the murder of a five-year-old boy is heading for trial on a different charge. Daniel Garcia is accused of causing the death of Domenic Aguilar-Acevedo back in July 2021. Aguilar-Acevedo’s body was later found in a ravine in Colorado near the Rocky Mountain National Park.
They should both be charged how does a mother let this happen where was her motherly instincts. It dont matter if he ultimately killed him. She proceeded when there was multiple times she could have called for help i would be freaking out if someone layed a hand on my babies. You would have to restrain me because i will never let anyone put their grown hands on my child
They were both charged... She'll get 5-15 years for pleading guilty and testifying against him... The jury came back today with a guilty verdict for him too but he has decided to have the judge sentence him and not the jury but I'm not sure when he will be sentenced...
The mother of this poor helpless little boy should not have gotten a lesser sentence she allowed and participated.

she had a baby in prison lol. the murderer's the baby daddy. her mom also buys her hella commisarry
They both killed that innocent boy. One with his hands and one with her neglect and selfishness. She should have left long before. Her child suffered and she watched. If she had left, he would be alive😞
I believe in the Death penalty..
