As a citizen of Myanmar (Burma), I literally feel depressed and even doubt in God because of the ongoing situations of crime against humanity and brutal masscres commited by illegitimate military junta. More than 1,000 people are reportedly murdered. Right now, I'm like "God, are you real? Are you there? Where are you?. It has been nearly 8 months that we lost hope, our future; some even lost their lives or their loved ones. Why is God still watching?" But I found this video (I haven't even subscribed this channel before.) This gives me courage, hope and faith that God is with us and HE will definitely help us. And may I request all of you to pray for Myanmar to be peaceful and to be a democratic nation asap. May God bless you all : )

We are all strangers and pilgrims here on earth, just passing through. The biggest question for everyone born to this world is what JESUS CHRIST asked Peter, viz., "Who do you say that I AM?" For all of us who have been called by the Holy Spirit and answered, "YOU are THE CHRIST, THE SON OF THE LIVING GOD!", then the best is yet to come. I, personally, have recently found much comfort about the death in reading Isaiah 57:1 and 2.
Good people pass away, But no one seems to care or wonder why. No one seems to understand that GOD is protecting them from the evil to come. For those who follow godly paths will rest in peace when they die."
And, in Phillipians 1:23 - 24, the apostle Paul wrote under the inspiration of GOD, "I'm torn between two desires: I long to go and be with CHRIST, which would be far better for me. But for your sakes, it is better that I continue to live." (NLT, New Living Translation)
So we keep praying for all those who have not yet accepted GOD's gift of salvation through and in JESUS CHRIST, and keep spreading the gospel. Let His light shine through the darkness of this world as we walk with JESUS.
You continue to be in the thoughts of many Americans, whether the media or politicians mention it or not.
I am sorry for your troubles, ask Jesus to bring peace in your life and heart, pray, ask him. He will answer you, have Faith that he will not let this go on, he sees and knows what is happening. Remember the World is ruled by the enemy right now, but rejoice in the fact the leadership will come back to God, with his son Jesus as the King of the new kingdom. As the Lord's Prayer, goes. "your kingdom come as it is in Heaven"
I will pray for you and your country. God will never forsake you even in these very hard times. I am so glad you are putting your hope and trust in God. No one understands fully why God allows such destruction and tragedy, but He has promised complete justice and peace forever to those who put their hope and trust in His Son Jesus. Stephanie B so many people beside themselves and overwhelmed by events that just seem to get crazier and crazier. It is comforting to know God has ‘got this’. But for me, it’s because of the madness in the world, from all the dramatic events right down to the increasing self centredness evident in just about everyone around us, that is deepening my faith and awareness. And there it all is, right there in the Bible ....and has been there for thousands of years, just waiting for the seeker to open their eyes (me) and see the truth .

Yes, but the defining ideal of America is a microcosm of humanity's interaction with God - _freedom_. We are free to create a Babylon; we are free to ignore God. It's up to each individual to live as God would have us to. God gives us each free will; there is no goodness in taking away free will for the sake of virtue.
Like all nations, America has made it's mistakes, and no nation will be perfect until the day when Christ comes back and established the eternal kingdom of heaven. We are on a dangerous path, but America is far from the first country I think of when I think of the worst countries in today's world.

I would always thank God for this channel that helps Christians to delve deeper in understanding of God's word.
God is yet still in control, despite what goes on around us, despite what we may see God is still in control.
The ending purely describes the Perfect Peace that is given to those who choose to TRUST in the LORD, despite their external circumstances they choose to have internal hope. That is THE Perfect, Precise GOD we serve ❤️
It’s crazy because I’ve never been religious, but always have believed in God i don’t believe in religion but in a connection with God and have always said that the Bible has been modified and sometimes taken out of context and used by some people to justify their actions and today something told me to open the Bible which is something I have never done before and go to this exact chapter I read it and really didn’t understand alot of it. I watched the video and everything because clear that this is exactly what we are going trough in these times and we what we should do is have faith in God that he will come and help and save us like he’s done so many times before and how we shouldn’t worry. Really puts my mind at ease

Listen I'm not political at all but I'm sort of on the "right" just because alot of left things go against the word such as abortion...however I don't get worried about Trump because I interpret him as a scourge, a divinely appointed fiigure that is either used as a way to punish the nation. It's that or I interpret him as the shaman from the book of numbers who desired to punish the Israelites but couldn't when he tried to invoke the name of God. In other words I trust God despite Trump not being the best leader and the left....well becoming what it has become. Wow. I read this while I was inside prison. It spoke volume then and being free just over a couple months. God has be letting me see things in His magnificent way. I am blessed to see that He will use the foolish things of the world to shame the wise. You turn to God while still available my people.
Habakkuk was humble enough to take his complaint to God who is the only one who could help him in his case. I recently went through a trial of sort where injustice tried to overwhelmed me. It tried to cause and unhealthy craving for Justice in my heart. I really desired for my cause and case to be settled in my favor since I was done wrong. But as I sought after God I realized that I definitely was not innocent... Now I am trusting God instead of asking for help from the world. God is truly a God of Justice, He will bring it about in His ways and in His timing. It is our job to trust in Him and stay out of the God way.💡💯

This is probably the best answer to “if God is so good, why is there so much evil in the world” that I have ever heard!
We certainly aren’t God’s puppets... He allows us to act according to what we want to do, but also experience the consequences according to the laws of [human] nature.
It really is because of His love that we have any chance to be changed by just asking Him to help us be who He wants us to be.

i woke up 3AM, and my mind told me to read the book of Habbakkuk, i never read that book in my entire life.. i dont have idea,, but when i read that, God was telling me to be patient in waiting. To trust Him not my own understanding. Until now i am still waiting for my prayers. I believe in my Heart that God wants me to wait for His perfect time and it will not be delayed. ❤

Yes, this hit me big time. The 1% using easy Quantitative easing and cheap money to keep us as serfs, the slave labor companies use in china and the immigrants and the human trafficking on the black market. The culture being saturated with drugs and alcohol and idol worship everywhere, money, celebrities, sports players, the gym and fitness, the troops. With the fact that Russian fighters bombed a CIA base in June of 2016 and NATO shooting down a Russian fighter in December of 2015 it looks like we will get our Babylon.

I grew up in church and most of the bible was taught to me in such a watered down sense. As I walk with God and study on my own I'm in AWE and falling in love with the depth behind these stories. The bible project is working hard to help me understand and grow a deeper understanding and appreciation for God and the history he has with his people and the promises for the future. ❤️
In my observation most churches are more like cults. Like hippie/motivational doctrines that are NOT what Jesus is. Nobody ever wants to actually KNOW God and his likes and dislikes and his wrath . It’s all as you said watered down to ‘ Jesus loves you ! ‘ and that’s about it. As if God was a cow to milk ‘ prosperity ‘ out of but never actually wanting to know HIM as an actual person with thoughts and feelings as GOD DOES have. Not to mention the Satanic pagan holidays that most churches encourage.
I recommend reading Habakkuk to anyone living in America today.

Just woke up, couldn’t sleep, 4 am, see notification from Bible app on my phone , notice book I’ve never heard before called habbakkuk, read it cuz it’s short. In utter awe of the parallels it has to revelations 18 and the current state of the United States.
So very true and we see everything in this book being displayed in many parts of the world today. God is there in our midst and when in doubt just reach out to Him and pray. 🙏🏻

Love how the book (Habakkuk) points to the importance of taking care of the environment and god's creatures/animals (or more specifically, God's concern for). Our heavenly father cares for his creation :) and as such, I now know that being for the "environment" is not just some liberal nonsense". Thank you lord for the revelation.
Be careful not to idolize the environment. God made us the dominant species for a reason. He made us to subdue the earth.

I think tradition holds Habakkuk as a member of the tribe of the Levites because the last part of his book is a song, a praise song, and Levites supplied the musicians for the temple of Solomon. What a great passage from the Bible! I read it before thinking of when the time will come when God will present himself to humanity so everyone pays attention and I really think now we are entering into that Exodus phase because more and more people are seeking answers but are not able to find them in man-made things or ideals. Only through His Word and our faith can we find these answers and perhaps guide others around us into faith as well
I am going through The Whole Bible now. And since I started Genesis, I watch you guy’s video at the beginning and the end of each book. And these videos just instills what I read in the book. Literally sums up the world, our struggle, divine providence and the gateway to eternal life through submission to the Sovereignty and Love of God. Yup, i prayed for my country not being Babylon lifestyle and now my corrupted country had lockdown due to covid-19.
Now currently , I see God is doing His will , His job very clearly.
This is exactly what's happening right now in our generation. So this is what's his seeing. This future Exodus will happen in this time line generation
And with a leader in declining mental health, it will be all that much easier.
I prayed for Ukraine right before I opened my Bible and it directly opened to Habakkuk. And of course I always go directly to Bible project as soon as I study just to make sure I'm understanding the message correctly. Thank you and God Bless you! God is amazing and I love him more and more each time I pray and obey.
I seem to get more out of the word when it is adapted into real life experiences on today's level. How you come up with such descriptive, attention grabbing methods of telling each story is amazing. My own individual adaptations and understanding pale in comparison. I learn by hearing as well as visualization. Such a joy to see someone come up with teaching methods of makings a book of the bible come alive. Keep them coming.
About 2 weeks ago I had a dream that God told me to read Habakkuk and I kept looking around to see who it was. Never saw a face or body, just that sweet gentle but yet firm voice coming out of the air. So I then knew it was God and I said, "OK I will read it" but I knew in my heart I did not felt like reading it. So he told me again to read it but this time it was an order. So I said, "yes God I will read it as soon as I get home". Woke up and eventually read Habakkuk and I kept asking God what was he trying to tell me. Well until Wednesday afternoon I felt like a light bulb turned on in my brain and I then knew why I was to read Habakkuk. He was answering one of my life-long prayer! God is mysteriously awesome! Jesus is LORD repent now and invite Jesus into your heart as your Lord and Savior!

Habakkuk is my most favorite book in the entire Bible: "כי תאנה לא תפרח......ואני אעלזה בה׳" and I shared what I learned 40 years ago in a small group fellowship activity. Now with this illustrated analysis of the literary structure of Habakkuk, it became so comprehensive to understand the role of the book in His salvation plan.
During all the current situations in the world, especially covid-19, Habakkuk is a great bible book to be reading. Remembering that this world is broken. But God will defeat evil, bring justice to all and rescue the oppressed. What a glorious truth.

The Holy Spirit put it upon my heart to read Habakkuk after the assassination attempt. I had honestly never even noticed this book in the Bible. I was watching the news and flipped open my Bible to the first page of Habakkuk, and throughout the day was pointed back to it in weird ways. It’s so comforting knowing our Lord is sovereign and watching over His children. I am full of gratitude for our perfect loving Father
