In this workout, we'll go through drills to help you with your hand placement and release, consistency, range, and ability to make in game shots. Do this daily shooting workout to see great results!

    WORKOUT LOG:
    1. Hand Placement Form Shooting - 15-20 makes
    2. 1-2 Through Drill - 12-15 makes
    3. Arms Extended Shooting 12-15 makes
    4. High Spin Midrange Shooting 10-15 makes
    5. High Spin Side Step Midrange Shooting - 6-8 makes each direction
    6. High Spin 3s - 8-12 makes
    7. High Spin To Side Step 3s - 6-8 makes each direction
    8. Slide/Relocation 5 Spot Shooting - 3 in a row at each spot
    9. Variable Catch and Shoots - 3 in a row at each spot
    10. Game Time Shooting - 12-15 makes
