Those are REAL ORGANIC vegetables when you grow your own! These chemiKILLS in the veggies, fruits, and meats are killing us! When I was growing up we had a peach tree in our yard, and peaches would last for weeks without rotting; today they rot in a day!!!

Always soak your fruits and veggies for at least 30 minutes. I use baking soda and white wine vinegar. Then wash and drain immediately after.

Meat from back home is not the same. I am currently in South Sudan and our diet is pretty well balanced and consists of fish from the Nile and various meats and greens.
All these so called health food stores,sprouts,whole foods,etc.are not all good 😒 but better than the $dollar store's to purchase foods,but ppls,just trying to survive but wind up paying more drs. Bills due to bad choices 😢, eat to survive, only one meal per day,nothing after 8pm😅

I only eat organic vegetables and fruits except for fruits with thick skins. I only eat grass-fed meats and pasture-raised poultry.
