MY HEAT PRESS HAD AN ACCIDENT - disassembly, diagnosis, reassembly then I press some vinyl

While making a shirt I turned my back for just a second and my shirt press leapt from the table and hit the floor. That tore all the wires out of the heating element. So now I need to do some exploratory surgery to get this heat press back in working order.
