Becoming Supernatural by Joe Dispenza; when I started reading this book, I felt I was channeling him directly and I could hear his voice in his words. It's a good place to start, for beginners and those more experienced as well. Highly recommend 💯

Usually Fathers that bully boys were bullied by their own father or step father themselves. Counseling, Awakening, awareness, therapy wasn’t really prevalent in those days.
Many weren’t aware what they were doing unconsciously done through their own unhealed childhood trauma.
Today, many adults are still children inside. Inside their psyche.

That's great! I've really been trying to work on my codependency. I do struggle with receiving. I still struggle with what is codependency versus what is proper receiving. Also, I am used to being the one giving to others. I've recently been given more opportunities to practice though, and it's helped.
