To help some people out- this song was created by Reol and GigaP. They are utaites which are people who cover Vocaloid songs. GigaP is also a producer (hence the P) and made the music while Reol create the lyrics. They uploaded the song with Vocaloids Rin and Luka singing while they also made a cover themselves. Jubyphonic created an English version and that was made into an Undertale video.
