Kinda. But Jesus was actually born in late spring Christians really should know that. I was baptized at 20 and didn't learn his true birth till I was 43. I still celebrate Christmas.
Silent night? There was no silence when Yahushua was born - there were cries of birth pain and there was great celebration among the malakim ( pw angels) but yes they want the words of Yahushua to be kept Silent all right and they want to celebrate him as a baby doll idol (J-Zeus/ J-Esus) they can take out and put away again every year when no such command has been given to celebrate his birth but to remember his death at Passover which is when he was born - thus speaking of the promise of the new birth through his resurrection to those who believe and obey his words .But they hate the true Mashiach Yahushua who preaches Torah. Mat 5:17 “Do not think that I have come to abolish the Law [TORAH] or the Prophets; I have not come to abolish them but to FULLY PREACH (Greek pleroo) them. Mat 5:18 For truly, I say to you, until shamayim (pw heaven) and earth pass away, not an iota, not a dot, will pass from the Law [TORAH]until all is accomplished. Mat 5:19 Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of shamayim (pw heaven), but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of shamayim. Mat 5:20 For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of shamayim (pw heaven).

It's sad that self proclaimed Christians believe a Pagan holiday has anything to do with God. What did He command for us not to do? Take part in Pagan traditions. And what did He command for us to celebrate, His life or death?

I'll never forget the beatbox dancers performing here at Time Square during this. The moment it went dark they looked up at the screens, stopping the music, and dancing, with one of them saying, "we need to stop for Jesus". A solid reminder of Christmas, with all the hustle, that we all need to stop for a moment, and remember the true meaning of the season, to "stop for Jesus", and breath. Forever grateful for the gospel of Jesus Christ. For the birth and resurrection of the Savior of the world.

I'm a New Yorker and it was Magical As a Catholic I was taken a back totally surprised. It was beautiful and very emotional because at the end Jesus is the reason for the season. Merry Christmas everyone.

It’s a wonderful thing to see everyone stop I’m taken it’s a beautiful words and the light that shines in the world that smell is Jesus Christ. There is nothing to top his love for us this Christmas take the time to read the Bible story of Christmas on the birth of Jesus to your children. It makes the meaning of Christmas so much deeper. The love and light of Jesus can conquer all. Take a moment to read Matthew Mark Luke and John and the New Testament.
The darkness cannot extinguish the Light. Wonderful to see the true meaning of Christmas openly celebrated - let us never allow those that hate all that is sacred and wholesome to take that away from us.

That Christ, the son of GOD came into this world to bring light to the world. When this song came on and reminded the people what Christmas is really about. This is not Christianity, these are mormans they teach utter blasphemy and heresy. They think that jesus and God were not only created, but that if we behave good enough we will become gods when we die of our own universes. This makes absolutley zero sense because it would be a constant chain of gods creating gods, and if every god is limited by time and creation, its impossible for there to have been a first making this belief completely implausible. The true christian bible teaches that God is, was, and always will be; he exists outside the perameters of space and time which means that he doesnt need a creator in order to exist. The True Christian bible also teaches that Jesus is both fully God and Fully Man. When God created us he gave us a choice, we can either choose him, or evil which is sin. He warned us of the penalty of sin, "the wages of sin is death". We broke Gods law, Jesus payed the fine on that cross, he took the hell we should have had.

I was especially moved by those in their 20s and 30s who had the look of children remembering how nice, peaceful and hopeful the celebration of Christmas used to be when they were small. I was also moved by the older people who have lost their world of values and wholesomeness. In a moment it was all back.

The reason is God created us and gave us the 'Freewill to choose' and He (God) only could fit that shape of emptiness within us. All my life I have cried tears during Christmas. The only thing I can think of is, I had two grandfathers to pass away at Christmas, an Uncle, a great grand mother. I was close to them all. It still bothers me at my age of 70, but I cried during this because it was so beautiful….😢❤❤❤

Jesus was a Jew and many Jews followed him. He was welcome in the temple by all except the Pharisees. But he still loved the Pharisees like he loves you. Romans chapter 11 talks about how God loves the Jews and Christian’s are grafted onto the olive tree. Keep an open mind his message is about love and peace and salvation. You have nothing to lose.
