hi. is your channel is focused more in ios game development or something? because i'm looking for learning SpriteKit. i found yours is the most recent one, because the from the top of the search result is SpriteKit tutorials like 2-4 years ago, that makes me afraid if theirs are too outdated for me to learn

It's mostly focused on Swift development in general, though I did do quite a few tutorials on SpriteKit. SpriteKit was fun to learn, but definitely is outdated compared to more modern game engines like Godot, Unity, and UE.
I found it fun to build a few test projects and learn how it works, but I don't think that I would build an entire game in the engine.

@@swift_goose thanks for replying. i'm about to join the WWDC Swift Student Challenge, the deadline is next Thursday. i dont even have an idea yet! i was thinking of a mini games, because that's what i saw most last year winner made
i saw that their games weren't that complicated. which why it made me feel that i should take my shot through this 1 week. but i still dont have an idea yet 😭

You could always try to make a top-down mini-golf game

No, you can look up that type of game on CZcams. It’s like a golf game where you’re just putting the ball into different holes, with increasing difficulty. It’s a pretty popular type of game
