Who remembers when one update ago maxed snark/chumtoad could've kill the entire server, and there was only one counter it was m79.
Snark is basically like baby headcrab but a tad a bit bigger and a bit more health, it's pretty decent.

do you think, it's worth buying hecu or black ops
I would say it depends. If ur already a high level and have a lot of guns, black ops is cheaper and you spawn in quicker so that might be better for you, but if ur a low level, HECU comes with a really good gun called the MP5, and a turret or a medkit depending on what class you play, but they take longer to spawn in since you have to wait on a helicopter. They are also more expensive and are only available at the beginning of the round, while black ops are available at the end.

I can't remember but I know it's before you unlock the guard role. You can check by clicking on the lvl button and it lists all the rewards.
