Good content. Some remarks. - IVUS is nice, have to rewatch to see what the added value is, seems to be detecting coronary dissections. - in the LCX why no kissing stents or single stent just proximal of the stenosis maybe? - why no masks? - puncture in the artery: why not ultrasound guided? - Why not observe first guidewire movements inside the vessel with fluoroscopy, to make sure you’re not dissecting.
Plz sir bataye kya 85 year old ka operation nhi hota kya awmi set me qrbbb ho to us pai sent ko koi bhi doctor nhi bcha dakta. pri molar lad 60% lcx90%. Please bataye shi answer

Very nice.,
Super interesting!!
This patient should have gotten CABG with BIMA.
how long stent can still open artery?
Proximaly the stent has landed in plaque...should hv taken 2.75 and a bit longer length to me
with no mask on ? -.-
Was just curious why no one is wearing a mask.
It’s minimally invasive procedure
@@skepsi7976 No excuse. Caths and guide wires are being exposed to respiratory droplets, should be wearing lvl 3's and caps.
Not major procedure, there is too many studies , no significance
In this prosidure can patient feeled pain?
Yes bt it's bearable
Mostly during angioplasty and inflation. Manage with minor fentanyl and midazolam.
Bda dar lgta h in surgeries se....
