Hey pred, if goku black got his 2m buffed to be 9f like baby/jiren did, and his divekick was made it be plus on block, you think that would be enough to make him S tier?
I’d also like his js to go from -7 to -4 on whiff, his 22s to come out faster and a small range buff for his 5m. That alongside a 9f 2m and plus on block ex divekick would make him perfect imo.

In what way? 5m super committal, lariat is good but ur going to be in the air most of the time (it’s an air dash fighter) and 236s is reflectable
@lt7636 she still has better buttons than 17 lol and 236s oki is gapless if u do it the right way which is dash up 236s without holding into whatever u want her neutral is infinitely better than 17's she gets more reward of her mixup
