Tried it, don't work. Squirrels get accustomed to the taste.

I will add ghost pepper powder with some Tapatio hot sauce

I added chilli powder to sunflower black seeds and now the cardinals and other small birds stopped coming to the bird station along with squirrels. Squirrel ate few seeds and realised it is too hot and left after wiping its mouth several times

I was wondering about adding a TBS or 2 of vegetable oil to make it stick to the seeds better and just using cayenne and mixing.
