Great reaction guys!ALAMAT is so good in representing our country and culture.The instruments,dances and even the costumes they used are all pre Hispanic and Filipino inspired.
Thanks to them that they awoken my curiosity in our culture,traditions and languages,and that makes me want to know more.I don’t know but their song really resonates with me,It gives me connection to my country specially that I’m not living there anymore(I live in Japan now).
This is what ALAMAT makes you feel,to be proud of the culture you’re from.They’re a PPOP group worth to be proud of!

funny that you talked about fashion, the summer outfits are made of blankets and traditional garments..the blankets are the staple blanket of Filipinos like every household has them. :) Alamat spreading Filipino culture through their songs
Love this song!!! The beach vibes, traditional island instruments used, the Magindara's (merfolk) singing 'woohoo', and the siren sounds in the beginning and end gives a nostalgic feel for those who spent summers by the sea. Can't wait for their other songs to come out!!!

It looks stunning with intricate embroidery, but it's made from jusi cloth (textile from pineapple fiber) so it's thin and airy.
