You have sqrt of x which is x to power one half. So, you have x^1/2 + 1 divided by 1+1/2. Simplify by multiplying x^3/2 by 2/3 and you have 2 times x^3/2 divided by 3 and that gives you 2/3 times sqrt of x^3 or 2sqrt x^3/3.
