Whoever said the SEC wasn't the premier conference in college football? I'm not gonna defend how the Tigers played on offense one bit Saturday night,, THEY SUCKED!! It was far more to do with a wobbly kneed rooky QB than anything to do with Ga. playing an outstanding defensive game. I'll hand it to Ga. & Clemson alike,, they went toe to toe on defense. Having said that,, if you think for one second if TL had been in that game,, we would have beaten you 3 to 4 TD's. Yeah,, I know,, he's not calling signals anymore,, I get it,, but to say the ACC is a joke over that one display of one sided football with Clemson not having but a couple sustained drives all night due to a lack of offense & a fumble fingered second time starter is just asinine. Uiagelelei threw behind,, in front of & over the heads 75% of the passes he threw in the game!
Let's see now,, Ga's record vs. Bama is what the past 10 yrs.,,, you might wanna look it up then see how Clemson's fared vs. Bama the past 10 yrs. or so in championship matchups when Ga. was home watching it all. This is only for comparison's sake since you're the one making it sound like the ACC doesn't deserve to be on the field for some reason. Don't I remember Tenn. & Ark. losing to teams barely considered Division 1 teams last year? Aren't they SEC teams? How about LSU dropping that opener vs. UCLA? Yeah,, the team with the "pussy light blue uniforms"?
I don't necessarily like making defensive responses to juvenile posts,, it sort of reduces me to your level but I'll make an exception for this one. Keep it real man,, you might be eating those words of yours real soon when Ga. runs into a hyped up adversary who's got their offense in full gear. Remember that buddy,, it's a long long season & it just got started..

Georgia has a strong history with great defenses and individual defensive players, but I have never been more impressed by a defense on week one of the season. They put up an effort like their playoff chances were on the line(which they kinda were in terms of controlling our own destiny).
This defense will be special
I'm a bama fan but always liked UGA. I think great defenses are defenses that can go a whole game without getting tired too much, defense got to be physically built with lots of cardio. UGA going to have a good defense this year.

I just curious, why Kirby don't feed Zeus more? 2 years two removed from those injuries. He really was the only consistent during the game. He average 6.5 a carry and look how he finished the game. The game would've been ass whooping!! Imagine him with 25 touches...he would've had like 150! I like JT too, but his weapons aren't healthy. Feed those backs until then, fuck the media with modern football talk, we clearly have the best defense in college football! Maybe the best one in the last 10 years, this is Georgia football! RBU!!! I agree we should’ve pounded it with 1-2 backs in this game, think we rotated a little too much. Pound away and wear down that Clemson defensive front to open it up a little.

Been doing radio call only for a couple seasons
I try to not complain about officiating (I used to call college volleyball games, so I have some sympathy), but the officiating was pretty inconsistent in this game. For example, UGA had two very ticky-tack pass interference calls made against them in the game, but then the refs didn't call the obvious late hit out of bounds against the UGA defenders in the second half. Good and bad calls went both ways, so I'm not contending any sort of bias by the officials, but they were not to the level I expect an SEC crew to display. Too many borderline fouls penalized while other more obvious fouls were ignored (more than just the examples previously cited).

@@HaydenYT1 Oh, I forgot the phantom tipped punt that negated a running into the punter call on the same play where they missed the late hit out of bounds. There was no defender within 2 feet of the ball, the ball didn't change trajectory or spin, and they thought it was touched.....
