I wanted to try a SOLID variatior without some kind of gimmick Teflon coating or strange things that really didn't mean anything. Well I discovered that Dr. Pully makes a Variator and yes it cost 40% more than an NCY but it was MADE by Dr. Pully so you would imagine that it works better with there sliders (the ones that everyone uses). In this video, I will install and do a test ride. I will do more performance testing with this after I get a new belt. Normally I recommend changing the belt if you get a new variator or drive face.

About a three weeks to a month ago I bought that exact kit that's what I have on mine I'm using 11.5 dr. Pulley sliders in mine I put on a new Kevlar belt but I haven't had enough time to really get it broken or anything I don't think I have more than 5 miles but I have been very happy with it I had posted some pictures on Instagram as I was changing things over what I really liked about this video was you put it on you installed it and then you went for a performance ride something you just don't get they want to put it on but that's the end of the video there's not too many videos that I found about it but everybody told me it was the best GY6 so I went that way thanks Caesar it would be cool if you did an update video down the line that versus the ncy catch you on the next one✌
It's been almost 2 years since I bought my CVT kit...I should probably install it at some point 😂

The Ruck shop says to put RED lock tight on… ?but you say no? Use blue?
I put blue because I take it off and on often during the tuning process. Once I find a good set up then sometimes I use red Loctite if I’m not gonna take it off for a while
There is no point in getting those expensive sliders if the guides on the plate keep coming off...I use cheap rollers and they last me over a year.I secure the brand new guides to the plate with permatex high heat epoxy.8 dollars can save you a lot of head aches
I see you use the yellow spring, do you use yellow smaller rpm springs too? I went with big yellow and small reds, it does pretty good.

@@cornpapbrecht4529 I just dropped 1200 on a new but cheap China 150.. it's not even a TaoTao but a scooter sold by RedFoxPowerSports, made by "Zhejiang Shanqi Tianying Vehicle Industry Co., Ltd." called a Razor 150. It's said the vendor is DF-Moto whatever that means. I suspect a middleman. It gets delivered tomorrow and yes, I plan to mod it.. It's supposed to go 55 plus but a buddy just bought the 169cc model from RedFox and it only goes 53. I need it to go 65. Then again this fellow weighs a lot more than I do so perhaps I'll get it up to 50 on the 149cc. It's my first gas moterized bike after driving a 38 mph ebike the past 11 years so i'm learning all I can.

Ceasar I changes out drive belt & rollers but never changes Variator west scooter sale parts I need get account next month I will spend 167.00 in parts for MP3 250IE.! There one sensor switch need to replace but cost a lot $157.99 to $209.14 but first need find it a Tilt lock brake sensor!
