Take a look at THIS: if you take the "soor" in Mansoor and reverse it, then put it before "Man", you get Roosman. That sounds an awful lot like "ruse man". Misha= as him. "As man ruse him". That's right. This is all just an elaborate ruse. Misha Mansoor, and all the members of Perihpery, never even existed. A bit far-fetched? I'd say you're dead wrong. Matt Halpern= Learn Ham PTT (push to talk). Jake Bowen= Wen Ja Boke (tribal speak for "when the fries get cold, so too does the soul.") Spencer Sotelo= Pecs Neer. Mark Holcomb= Harm Lock Mob. Adam Nolly Getgood= O Goal Maned Godly But perhaps the biggest clue of all was right in front of us the whole time; Periphery= Rip Rep Hery. Scary stuff, guys. Stay woke.

EricIsAverage Well, it actually is the true Periphery. You can say that Periphery 1 was Misha. Periphery 2 was Misha with some periphery. Now this album is actually something that everyone contributed and wrote, not just based on Misha's music. So this album is alot more like Periphery than the other 2 albums.

Aziz Alawadhi I think it's a set of notes played together in kind of an ascending tone before some kind of solo. I've not read into it too much, but it's popular and can be done on loads of instruments. Just search "The Lick" on CZcams and you'll get it instantly.

i just finished listening to this, jesus fucking christ, 4 songs and each of them were fucking amazing, i love how this band has grown and matured especially with their vocalist holy shit, so much personality and attack in his modulations and everything, ever since passenger spencer's been fucking killing it.and like the overall mood on how they approach songs is fucking god tier.Especially how misha adds little "easter eggs" from his bulb days which makes these songs much more endearing. Tbh periphery has be the only band where i get their cds and i never skip to the other song when i first listen to the cd, i never have to warm up to their songs to like them, because they're genuinely amazing, the kind of shit they fucking come up with is otherfucking worldly, i'm DEFINITELY stoked for alpha and omega

Dude right 100% love the way you put easter egg for his signature sound. That is awesome. But yes his chest voice is fucking amazing how he uses it and is influencing me to do something somewhat similar. He is definitely the most talented vocalist around. And this album he truly shows his diversity. None of the 4 songs are the same and are all completely different. Gives me fucking goosebumps everytime. And everytime has been like 50 billion times listened already lmfao. But the way he amps up to middle or head voice is fucking brilliant! Agghh I can't get over it!!!voice of the heavens

If the new Periphery isn't your thing it isn't. There's no need to bash people in the comments if they like it or if they don't. It's just everyones personal preference on what they prefer. For me, I'm super stoked and already have this preordered myself.
I love the part in the second verse where it goes into blast beats, but Matt keeps the snare's accent on beat 3 through it. I think that's an awesome take on that technique. Love this song. I've nearly broken my neck listening to it.
And I'm gonna steal that technique and incorporate that!

David Presley the production on this album is better than it was on P3, it’s crazy. Honestly periphery’s sound is almost unmatched in metal. They have mastered their craft

This is honestly my favorite song from Juggernaut. So much emotion in the music and the lyrics, and such a crucial moment in the story.
Used to be my least favorite song of Juggernaut because going from the majesty that is "Priestess," to thrash metal was so abrasive...then I read the lyrics. Now one of my favorites, and that solo!! The lick reigns supreme!!

i've loved every track so far. Spencer is honestly my favorite vocalist in modern metal. The diversity of what he does and his range impresses me so much and it just kind of gels with the band. Excellent track can't wait for more!

Periphery is Life!!! In less than three weeks I'm flying from the East Coast to the West Coast just to see them. And then I'll see them on the East Coast when I get back.

Also, a part of Black Minute is in Stranger Things, which I think implies that this song is the ending, and the rest is only an epilogue or a what if scenario.
just about everything in Alpha/Omega is connected, man. thats what i love about this concept album- which is how much more amazing the music is when you fully understand the overarching story behind the albums and how the tones of each song match the corresponding sections of story. it makes the listening experience that much more enjoyable for me

I think Periphery has officially capped out, for better or for worse. With every new release they'll continue to make existing fans more dedicated, and not as many new people are gonna get hooked

David Drummer Yea i felt that at first, but Alpha was the only other one that caught my attention. This song was the obvious front runner. Now to be honest i think it's Graveless, Alpha, The Scourge, The Bad Thing, and 22 Faces i'm not a huge fan of. The more i listen the more the hooks and breakdowns kept ringing in my head begging for a new listen. Which is typically how Periphery songs evolve to me, but hey that's just me.

agree, only song I have liked since P2 is zero. Spencers vocals lately are killing the songs for me, I loved him on P2 though, he sounded great.
Can understand them wanting to change things up and get everyone more involved, but I guess I just liked the style of p1 and p2 the most, mishas writing. But whatever if they are happy then I can support that, just dont think ill buy this and will stick with the old.

You don't have to completely enjoy every song a band puts out, but to dismiss any new progression forward and abandon a band completely for hearing a few songs? Maybe buy the album and see what you then think of it, judge each track individually and as a whole album. Don't be a fairweather fan that only likes them one they produce exactly what you like. August Burns Red changed styles awhile back and i wasn't the biggest fan of it at first. I had to face facts that bands HAVE to change, and we're lucky enough to be on the forefront of some groundbreaking music that encapsulates so many different genres and styles into. Show the love man! Don't contribute to music like this and Periphery going away!
TheBanderson22 Personally think R&R was their best to date. I have given Periphery a shot, I tried clear and personally hated it, besides zero. Im going to try this when it comes out but given what i heard so far, im not expecting to like it. If I dont like a bands music then its pointless to listen to that band. P1 and P2 were great
